I wouldnt give it a 1 star if I had a choice. If the staff is under the manager Lacey, they are all rude and trashy starting with the manager. They took out order in the back and took a pizza out to give to another customer in the dining area which made us have to wait longer for our carryout order that we called in. The manager Lacey was totally rude, condescending,disrespectful, unapologetic, incompetent and TRASHY! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN & NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY. I WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO TO DOMINOES IN MILTON.

The service at this Pizza Hut location is unbelievably bad, weather its pick up or delivery, getting pizza from this particular location takes waaay to long. Im at over 1.5 hrs into a wait that was supposed to be here "in about an hour" I called and the manager was very nice but told me my pizzas were in the oven, an hour and a half after I placed my order and she guessed they would be delivered in about a half hour but she couldnt guarantee it. Ive had it, its dominos for delivery and Louie Gs for take out from now on.

Placed a delivery order & the girl who took my order was noticeably impatient & borderline rude on the phone. She interrupted me on more than one occasion, spoke over me and sounded irritated when I asked for clarification on my order. After all that, she ended up getting part of my order wrong. Instead of copping an attitude she would have been better served to pay attention and work on her customer service skills.

These guys always amaze me. There have been times where they let us know that our delivery might be a little late because they only have one driver on duty but I still get my pizza in 30-45 minutes! Theyre understaffed but still give the BEST service! Their store is always clean and everyone is very polite and thorough, plus, bomb pizza, yum! 10/10

Pizza was terrible, service was worse. We ordered a pizza and waited over half an hour for it. The girl never brought it out to us just put it in the warming oven so when we got it, it was all shriveled and dried out. It wasnt even busy, we were the only ones in the store, terrible service and quality

This has to be the worst pizza Ive ever ordered, and I have low expectations for delivery food. The pizza was soggy, the vegetables werent even cooked, and the delivery guy peeled out of my drive way, when the street clearly posted 10 mph due surrounding neighbors. Totally crap service.

Doesnt know what coupons are at their location. Rude on the phone and clueless. Tried to order over the phone but had to go there in person for carry out coupons. Then they barely paid an any attention to me more worried about talking to coworkers than customer service.

Terrible. The phone wait time is long, today they will not answer the phone, hung up on after 10 minutes on hold 3 times before I gave up (30 minutes total). Delivery times are always 2 hours or more.

I havent ordered delivery from here, but Ive gone in there for pickup and they complete your order in a timely manner. For waiting you receive a yummy greasy/cheesy/marinara-y/peperoni-y pizza.
