I went there and ordered a 15 piece combo with 2 sides and 2 sodas. At first I asked for Cole slaw and Mac & cheese for my sides, then when I saw how small the Cole slaw portion was I asked for the fries instead. The cashier told me the fries would be extra since Im changing it. I said why would it be extra if its an option as a side with the combo? He ended up switching it for me but with a ton of attitude. So, when I got home I opened the box and to my surprise out of 15 pieces 8 pieces were wings! I only came here for the halal chicken. I even spoke to them in Urdu their native language. Still cant believe that was the treatment I got. How do you feed your 2 kids and wife with 8 wings, 4 drumsticks, 1 thigh and 2 breast?.. I called them and I complained and the guy said that they were short on other pieces so he just gave me wings. Wth?! I would this place 0 stars if I could. Wont be going back here, and you shouldnt too.

I am a huge believer of writing great reviews for great service. That is NOT what you will get here. Unfortunately the owners son is VERY rude! I paid for food and told him I wanted to cross the road to purchase a coffee and would be right back. He took that as an opportunity to give my PAID food to the next ordering customer and made me wait 15 mins for another plate to be made. The VERY day before that, I called the store to tell them they got my order wrong and he said he would remake it, but when I showed up, he told me he explicitly told them NOT to remake my food because I had no idea what I was talking about. I work for the government and whenever a coworker is looking for a quick bite, I STRONGLY urge them to spend their $$$ elsewhere that values them. HE IS THE WORST AND IS RUINING THE PATRONAGE! TOO BAD!

My husband and I love this location! The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Although dining in on a warm day isnt very comfortable because of the heat; we will tough it out. The wings are great! They are well seasoned, friend to perfection, and served hot and fresh. The price is great! The best thing and I do mean BEST thing on the menu is their macaroni and cheese! OMG! It is just like home. Each side is prepared in an individual pan and baked to perfection. I will go just for the mac and cheese. Ive also had the waffle and to me it was just ok. But my husband said it was really good. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The owners son as he so proudly announced is very rude! I simply asked this gentleman how long this establishment has been at this location and because he doesnt comprehend very well he mustve assumed I was asking how long he has been working here. Listening is key when youre dressing with the public. I gave this pace two stars because Ive had better chicken at the grocery store. Im not sure why anyone would give five stars for mediocre food but apparently theyre not used to good food. Do better people

July 19th,2016 @ 1:35 a.m. I dont know who just answered the phone but he has no customer service skills at all! First, he answered the phone with a dry "hello" like it was his personal phone instead of, "thank you for calling Crown, how can I help you? ". So I asked if I could place a order for pick up. His response...."I dont place orders, Im about to close anyway". WOW...way to go champ....NOT! Never going there again!

The best budget burger at any time of day in Washington DC. Who cares what Tom Sietsma of the Post says. You need food at a good price this is it. The newly renovated restaurant delivers great food. The restaurant caters to all comers. They are conveniently open late night past midnights and when you call Samir and he tells you on the phone hes "working on it" hes working on it. Love getting burgers there

I live in the neighborhood I go in here when I leave from some of the other spots on h Street and fulfill my cravings. Good prices for some good carryout. Its not a five star restaurant or nothing like that but every time I go in there the people are cool and they keep that DC carryout style which if you grew up in DC you can appreciate every once in a while.

The owners son is rude as hell, you cant ask him anything, everything is a argument. An that makes the service terrible, food was better years ago, more love was put in to it then now. Wont go back for a while ,an wouldnt recommend anyone else to either

My wife and I each ordered the breakfast sampler here. The french toast was hard as a rock and the pancakes were black. There were metal shavings from the steel wool they used to clean the grill in my fried potatos. Never again.
