I am very disappointed with the manager of this particular store. I was went through the drive thru window, handed him a twenty dollar bill, he gave me change for a ten dollar bill, I told him I handed him a twenty, he told me to write down my name and number then he said he had to count the till, this went on for about five minutes, finally a lady came to the window, I gave her the food and change from the ten and said you owe me a twenty dollar bill, she handed me four fives and I drove away, meanwhile the manager was still counting the money, this manager is a monkey, he took my money and could not remember what he took fifteen seconds ago then made me feel like I was trying to rip him off, great job. never again!

I go through the drive through theres only two cars ahead thinking that the wait wouldnt take long. turned out I was waiting for about 15 minutes it was horrible and when I arrive to the window their employee named Chris he was talking very slow he wasnt very professional his customer service skills were very low and on top of that he messed up on my order my food was cold I will not return here ever again. Steer clear my fellow citizens.

There was NOTHING I liked about this place, all the tables were dirty it took forever to get my food and when I went to fill my drink there were ants all over the soda machine.. I tried getting a drink that didnt have any ants crawling all over the nozzles but... when I opened the lid there was 4 ants in my soda

If I could go lower then 1 star I would. The worse service ever!! Ordered food through the drive through and they got it wrong. Went inside to fix it and the still got it wrong. The cook in the back just laugh as she doesnt care. Shouldnt expect to much, as I did go to fast food. What would Jack say!!!!

Pack your patience for the drive thru, as its usually a bit of a long wait. The staff doesnt make mistakes too often... though Ive been here enough times that Ive encountered a fair number of whoopsies in my orders. Its convenient and one of only 2 drive thru restaurants in the marina area, though...

Overall the food is good and the people are pleasant enough. Sometimes the menu items will change like from a breakfast sandwich which used to be on a bun is now on bread and toasted. In the process the sandwich is now to greasy. Other than that their pretty good for a quick meal.

ALWAYS FORGETTING SOMETHING!!!!! SO DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR BAGS! STAFF MEMBERS PROBABLY BE HALF ASLEEP! ORDERED 3 EGG ROLLS AND 1 EGG ROLL WAS ONLY HALF AND THE OTHER HALF WAS BURNT WITH NO MEAT OR ANYTHING! BUNCH OF LAZY ASSES!!!!!

Placed my order got home and only had a couple of the items I got and called to inform, wasnt offered anything was told she couldnt help me. Customers are the ones paying they should be taken care of and not treated without respect.

How can you be disappointed with Jack in the Box, they are open 24 hours for goodness sakes. Where else can you get a churro or tacos at 3am? As long as I dont get salmonella theyre doing great in my book.
