We waited in line for 35 minutes on a Monday night. When we get up to the window, there are about 9 employees that I could see from the drive through, and only 3 of them seemed to be working. I watched an employee make an ice cream cone WITH NO GLOVES ON. Then I noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves!! I also refused to use the spoon they gave me for my shake because the guy who handed it to me had dirty hands (looked like dried ice cream/chocolate). This is a HUGE health hazard! I used to be a manager at a fast food chain and employees need to be washing their hands frequently in the food industry. If this werent enough to freak me out, I got home and opened my meal. The fries were a tiny portion and my sandwich (the chicken bruchetta) was soggy. It looked as if they put my sandwich in the microwave, lettuce and all. The lettuce and the bottom half of the bun were complete soggy and soaked through. I didnt eat anything but the fries and the shake. Such a waste of money.

A Dairy Queen experience to never forget. The nice young man who helped us find and create a cake was very polite and amazing with customers. We have had the best food and fastest service than any other fast food restaurant in the state of Washington. The place itself was nice and sanitary, the food was superb, and the service was amazing. The staff was very nice and polite to everyone being helped and worked very well togeather. I highly recommend going to this dairy queen location, as it is an expirence me and my four kids will never forget. A special thank you to that young man and the entire hard working staff. 10/10.

Multiple times we have been there and the service is terrible. I order a Chocolate Extreme blizzard every time. What I get is a vanilla ice cream with some small brownie pieces and some hersey bar. That is it. 90% straight vanilla. I remember when they used to have so much chocolate the ice cream would be brown. Multiple times they would refuse to honor their coupons they put out in the mail circulars or the coupons Dairy Queen corporate sends out in emails. Needless to say we wont be going back. Id rather head to Coldstone and walk in and wait.

Slowest service imaginable. Ive been stuck there numerous times in excess of 15, even 20minutes with just three cars in front of me. Servers seem more interested in the latest gossip than actually doing their job. Its been a big issue last few years and still not much better... frustrating when you have a toddler or preschooler in the car who cant understand why they STILL havent gotten their ice cream. Sevice is better in the winter, but who wants ice cream when its cold and dreary.

Worst place I have ever eating. Food was undercooked and still mooing. Can I get a burger with no blood please. They need to have some pay attention to how that establishment is ran. Food should be checked before removed from the grill and fact that in wasnt says that you guys are a health hazard and should not be in business. 8 9 2017 I tried to put the pic of my raw burger on these comments but you lucky Google got your back.

This Dairy Queen has the worst service EVER! They mess your order up and they are SLOW as dead people. I have lived in Federal Way for over nine years and this place has just gotten worse over the years. I will drive to Auburn Dairy Queen before I go to this location again. To anyone who has not been here take heed to this warning! You will be GREATLY disappointed if you go here!

This is the most unsanitary dairy queen Ive ever been to, as soon as you walk in the door there is a foul oder. There machines are filthy and clearly havent been clean in a long time. One of the employees were cleaning the tables and benches with the dirty broom for the floor. Disgusting!!! Never again will I visit this DQ.

Really slow service! Always short staffed! I live within 5 minutes and used to come to place often. I have given up because it takes FOREVER to get your order! Just recently I ordered a small vanilla cone and waited 10 minutes when ONE PERSON was ahead of me! I wont be returning anytime soon!

Ive been passed by a snail every time i go through the drive through. The service is really hit and miss. Some evenings theres people who take pride in their work ethic other nights it seems like a gang of high school friends that ate more interested in goofing off.

The food and ice cream are tasty; definitely unique in its field. However, the facility is constantly being remodeled and looks bad anyways. Service can be slow at times. Staff turnover is high.
