If you ever find yourself at the Burger King on the corner of 99 and Kent Des Moines, go ahead and feel free to order a double meat Whopper with cheese, NO BREAD. Then sit back and watch the mayhem ensue. Its ridiculous! The furrow of the cashiers eye brow, “No bread?” “Thats right, no bread.” The cashier will undoubtedly tense up like hed just pressed a magic red button that jump starts WWIII. Hell motioning to his buddy who mans the fry frier. “No bread,” he repeats. “No bread?” the fry scholar parrots back in very much the style of no comprende. “No bread,” the cashier will rub it in. THEN watch the manager magically materialize out of the wood work with an equally magical key. Apparently it takes magical keys like this to fix these sort of things. “No bread?” “NO BREAD!” All eyes on the customer, lip syncing along to the cadence, “No bread!” Watch how two employees and a manager wrap their head around two simple words. Watch how two simple words can bring an entire franchise to it knees. “No bread,” the manager repeats as he activates that special little key. Just so were on the right page here. This is a conversation between four adults (because Id imagine minors would be at school at this hour) and the only words spoken will be No Bread. After thats settled, sit at your table and wait for the order to be called. “Ive got a Whopper with no onio...” the employee tenses up like hes a first timer at karaoke and hed just screwed up with some of his lyrics, “With no bread.”

Very Run Down, built in the 80s and run hard. Bathrooms are super worn out, even the toilet seats are peeling. Just how much does a toilet seat and caulking cost? Revenue generated in 10min? Sadly I had ordered and paid. If I would have seen the bathroom first, I would have walked out. Imagine what the kitchen looks like.... The McDonalds across the street is fully renovated and feels cleaner.

Decent priced food, fairly quick and decent customer service. I havent gone inside in quite a while, but as for the drive through, I have only had to wait out front once (it was for a small order, maybe 3 items, which is why its not 5 star). Best fast food restaurant in the area as far as taste and prices go. If you dont get the coupons in the mail you should sign up for them! Save a couple dollars!

One of the most disgusting locations Ive been to. Came in for breakfast, everything was very dirty. Dried Ketchup on the counter and under the dispenser, no ice in the ice machine, trash all over the floor, salt all over the counter, majority of the tables were dirty. Then to top it off, the ketchup was watered down.

Good food and service. At my last visit, their broiler broke down and they couldnt serve 3/4 of the menu, which didnt affect my order. But I think they handled the situation will. No matter what type of preventive maintenance you do and how often you do it, things will break down.

Had to wait 20 minutes for just a few breakfast sandwiches and they were all cold. They made me pull ahead into the parking lot when no one else was there. So, why the 20 minute wait? Incompetence for sure. So incompetent that they couldnt even include 1 napkin in the bag.

Just here a couple days ago in the evening and ate inside, the woman there brought my food to me and asked to take my trash when I was done, granted they were not very busy but you dont see that happen very often at a fast food place. Very good customer service.

It is definitely an older Burger King, and a little run down. No play area. But the staff were above and beyond the normal Burger King experience. If you have a demand for Burger King and you need to stop near the freeway, this isnt a bad choice.

Gross. Walked in and our order was taken as the girl was bagging someones things. Didnt make eye contact or greet us. The dining area was dirty, sticky floors, crumbs on table. Sketchy people walking in circles around the dining area.

Went in to go to the bathroom and there was pee and poop on the toilet seats, we were gonna eat there but I walked out cause that was disgusting (didnt go to the bathroom there), will never be going back there
