Ordered online special for bacon and cheese stuffed crust Pepperoni pizza for $12.99 and the total for delivery came to $18.06 at 4:51pm with email confirmation that my pizza would be here by 5:21 pm. 40 minutes passed and still no pizza and my daughter was super hungry and complaining so I tried calling the Pizza Hut. Literally took 10 minutes of trying to get through (it was so busy, it would hang up after hearing the choices and more ringing) when finally somebody answered the phone. As I was asking to see if my order was received, my daughter yells and tells me the pizza man was here. By that time, I just told him to keep the $$ for pizza and tip for a freaking SPECIAL "WE MESSED UP AND FORGOT YOUR ONLY TOPPING" pizza.

Value the advertised price!!! Make good food ;( The advertisement was for 2 Medium any topping pizzas for 6.99. The total was over 19, I asked and she said theres an extra for cheese. Ok take the extra cheese off no prob. Totals still high so I ask, and she says there price is 7.99 each. I show her the online price. She will not reduce the price. I ask to speak with a manager to adjust it, she says she is and theres nothing she can do. BS a manager should be able to do something to make a customer happy. I paid the extra 2 dollars plus tax, get home and theres not even close to enough cheese, big blotches as big as my fist with no cheese. Really!!!

Our receipt was time-stamped @ 9:15pm and after confirming order by phone, I was told it was only going to be "....10-15mins" for our delivery, which would be convenient as google maps states we live "3 miles and 9mins away"......anyway, after 22mis waiting, we call back and "Michael" says the driver just left a few mins ago......he showed up @ exactly 10:17pm......literally AN HOUR later, mind you we only oredered 2 med pizzas and 1 dinner box.....to top it off, our pizzas were COLD!...... Obviously, no tip given, and we had hungry kids waiting patiently.......LAST time with THIS pizza hut......DISAPPOINTING!!

ordered from this Pizza Hut several times but the last time (a couple of nights ago) had to be the worst. The pizza was delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected which would have been a good thing if the pizza was fully cooked. I ordered Honey BBQ wings and they tasted like hot wings that had BBQ sauce on top. The brownies that I ordered were not cooked properly either. My family was not pleased with the meal and Im not sure if we will be eating out from here again.

Last 2 times ordering from here has been very disappointing. I dont have a problem with 30-40 minute wait times, but when youre 15-20+ minutes late, on more than one occasion, thats ridiculous. Cold pizza, dough/crust thinner than the cardboard the box is made of, just a bad overall product. Little Caesars has been much better lately, and cheaper.

I ordered at this location last week and had a girl helping me, I believe her name was Sarah/Sara. She was extremely rude. The pizza was well made but her customer service was horrible. And she was the manager apparently which was shocking because I would expect managers to be more friendly and she was the worst from all the workers.

Weve ordered from Dominos for years and they always messed up our order and had 45 minute wait times, we switched to Pizza Hut recently and we are inlove! They got here in less than 30 minutes and our order was correct and made beautifully. Pizza Hut will be our Pizza place from now on! Excellent service!

Before I had a chance to order I gave up because the guy working the phone was so slow and not helpful. I was asking about special offers and promotions but he just gave me one word "no" answers. My wife also called and it was the same... the app is also a pain to use

Third time tying them, second time they did not show up, maybe it was we called too near to closing time. We shall see if they live up to their 30 minute promised delivery time, I hope so as I hungry.

They are always friendly and helpful. For delivery they always say 45 minutes. But several times they make it in 30 min ... keep up the good job guys ...
