I went on my way home from a shopping establishment. It was 10:30 when I got into the drive thru, with 2 cars ahead of me. It was 10:43 when I got to the speaker to order, and 10:47 before they took my order. I ordered a #9 with Onion Rings, order taker assumed I would want a Coke, but did ask if I wanted to change it which I did. Then she gives me my total without asking if I wanted anything else, and when I added a 10pc chicken nugget sounded agitated. Got to the window to pay, and she was taking the order behind me. She was very short with me, took my money, gave me my change and soda. A moment later she thrusted my order out the window, and didnt even smile. No thank you, no have a nice night (even after I said, thanks, have a nice night. Will not be returning to this BK, which is sad because there are not many left, but maybe this is why.

For the SECOND time in less than 10 days they got my 2 whoppers for $ 5.00 WRONG! I ordered them w/o mayo (inside) and they completely screwed it up again!!! How difficult is that? I think it was a short stocky Mgr female that did me wrong both times. She seems to tune out the important nuances of an order, either because she doesnt care, doesnt listen or is tuning out by habit, because it appears like(from attitude and demeaner) that she doesnt want to be there or isnt focused on her job!!! I used to be an asst. manager at 2 different BKs in the Bay Area, and that kind of behavour is unacceptable and was not tolerated by my franchise supervisors or by us as managers! This BK seems to have alot of missed and returned orders from what I have seen. Franchisers, be aware of these bad habits and retrain your people...please!??

These double cheeseburgers are filling. Dont let the price fool you. I just ate 3 of them and I am so stuffed. I should of only ate 2. I just stuffed myself for only 3 dollars. That is impossible to do at Mcdonalds. For some reason this place burgers tasted better than the Burger king location on 38th. They are about the same distance from my house. I got the double cheese burgers at the 38th location and the pickles tasted like they were going bad. I also had some funky tasting veggie burgers from the 38th location that I didnt at this location. I recommend the double cheeseburger since they taste great and really are filling. They feel kind of small when you pick them up but they are full of meat. And if you live between this location and the 38th location like me go to this one.

Im giving them a one star because I zero stars isnt a rating. I ordered two combo meals for me and my wife with a side of jalapeño fries. Double Whopper meal and a double Whopper with bacon and cheese. Got home and had a single Whopper meal and the other didnt have bacon or cheese. Called back, the manager said bring it back and well replace it. I brought the sandwiches back and they said "just the sandwiches?" I said, your gonna replace the whole order. They said "we only replace what we screwed up". I said I drove all the way back here to get what I originally paid for and your not going to make this worth it?. They said, Sorry, well replace the sandwiches. The bill was over $25 bucks. I wont be back. Ill eat at their competitors.

Pulled up to the drive through. Noone behind me. The woman taking my order said "Order when ready." Where I proceeded to figure out with my wife what she wanted. The back and forth lasted 20, maybe 30 seconds. Then as Im placing my order, you can tell she was literally PISSED that I didnt give my order pronto! Got very rude and short. At that moment I realized that I do not want to get any food from this particular establishment, pulled out of the drive- thru and ordered pizza from Sammys when I got home. Best decision today! I typically read reviews before going to a fast food restaurant. I didnt this time but should have. Its very clear that this is not one of the good Burger Kings. Not sure how they are remaining open.

Ive decided to stop using this Burger King. I havent gotten a correct order in my last 5 visits. Reporting the errors to management are met with no "Sorry, how can we fix it or anything". Once I was told "so what do you want perfection". Yes, I do. Im paying for what I ordered not for what you feel like slopping together. So... no more business from me & Im letting everyone I know this BK isnt worth going to.

I went to the Burger King on Hosmer in Tacoma last night at 8:40 to order 2 whoppers. Their drive thru open sign was lit up but when i went through the drive thru i was told rather rudely that they were not taking orders at that time. I had to hurry to the Burger King on 72nd before my coupon expired on my mobile device. I would give them 0 stars but it will not let me for very poor service.

Food was typical Burger King fare. The service was a little cold and short. We have two children and as soon as they start to change their mind about the order we started the get an annoyed look from the lady taking our order. I guess you should come with your order in mind and ready the go. Otherwise, things are clean and well kept. Locked bathrooms No childrens play area

My husband and I ordered chicken sandwiches. Usually they are just fine for a quick lunch. Today, it was horrible. Brown lettuce! I will never for the life of me understand how someone could look at that brown lettuce, know it should be green, but go ahead and sprinkle it on a sandwich. Such a fixable problem!

This morning the cashier was rude about not serving fries when I have previously ordered fries before and I use to manage a restaurant before we do give the option to the customer. The wait was ridiculous of how the kept asking themselves whether to serve or not.

Person taking my order in drive thru barely let me finish saying what i was ordering before telling me to pull forward and then handed me my bag of food and immediately shut the window without saying anything. No chance to ask for ketchup or more napkins.

I come here sometimes for breakfast or lunch. No matter what time of day or night this place is always fast, friendly and I receive high quality food! I love the unsweetened tea they have! Definitely one of the better burger kings in town. :D

if ghosts were real you could spot them here, so badly understaffed at such a busy spot. its hard to watch 2-3 people stumble to make 15 orders while their manager yells at them instead of leading by example and gives them a hand.

I went through the drive up. They were all stressed out and freaking out. They were out of shake mix. Instead of fixing the problem they were freaking out. I almost took mine back.
