Came here despite the 1 review. Little did we know that this place has only been opened for 10 days (as of writing of this review). We were pleasantly surprised and I know the restaurant will do very well in the long run. We ordered drunken noodles with shrimp, Yellow submarine roll, Hot Girl roll, Monster Roll, and Gina Roll. Overall, everything was excellent. The drunken noodles definitely had the spices in it. A nice strong kick. The sauce was not overly sweet and they gave us 7 pieces of shrimps. Thats a lot in my opinion. The portion is definitely for 1 person. I think for 2 people will not be enough to share. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the ingredients used were fresh (eg nappa and carrots). The Yellow submarine roll was awesome. The mango was not sour, sweet enough to balance out the roll. They also paid attention to detail, the mangoes were thinly sliced and meticulously laid over each other. The Hot Girl roll was well balanced. The avocado was thinly sliced and like the mangoes, were meticulously placed over each other for the entire length of the roll. The roll wasnt too spicy and you can definitely taste the salmon and tuna inside it, i couldnt taste the yellowtail as much but that is to be expected with all these strong flavors. The Monster Roll was tasty. They definitely dont skimp out on the eel. You can definitely taste it and the seaweed they used was very tasty. The Gina Roll was really good. I personally feel that they could use less sauce on the roll to better display the tuna, salmon, or yellowtail (whichever one you choose to be on top). It was difficult for me to taste the lobster. Despite this, the tempura portion of the roll was amazing. It was lightly fried and not overly oily. Definitely a good balance between the meat and batter. Just from this little taste test, I bet their tempuras would be amazing. Service was excellent. The owner came and chatted with us a couple of times. One complaint is that the attention to water level for my glass was overlooked. But then again, you cant expect something like this from this kind of establishment. One interesting thing is that the smoke from the grill on the other side of the restaurant did not come over to the dining area. I was quite pleased with that. One thing I would recommend is to have boba/tapioca at this place. The next nearest place to get it is in downtown, which is like 40ish miles away!! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come here again. My prediction is that I expect the next time I come back to this place, they will have a solid 4.5 stars.

I went to lunch here with my wife and the place is great, the restaurant is brand new and the ambiance was great. They have a full bar and a sushi bar as well as the tables where the chefs cook your food right in front of you and other tables where you can order the entire menu if you want a little more privacy. My wife and I both ordered the steak and scallop lunch combo and they were perfectly cooked. Unfortunately for me I need to limit my salt intake and the rice and vegetables were a little too salty so I will request lower sodium next time we go. You can always add more salt later but you cannot take it out once it is in. Definitely a new favorite for us and the bar looks like it could become a great nighttime hangout spot.

I hate to even leave 1 star. I have never been treated so rudely. I work in the service industry and would never treat my guests like I was treated today. There are other places in Winchester, do yourself a favor and do not go here. Its too bad because the food isnt bad. The service is horrible. Our child spilled her drink and they left the floor full of drink under our table and beside our table. We tried to clean it up and mentioned how sorry we were. The owner literally said they would clean when we got up from the table. So we had to walk through all of the drink. And we had to ask for another drink!! It was not offered. The restaurant wasnt busy at lunch, no excuse for crap service.

ok so my boss order her food and i got five guys for my self, i went paid for mine so i get frying going couse they make them when u pic up ur food, so walked i i didnt have enough money couse there customer service sucks, they did not gave a price so i did not know how much her food was going to me so i only took so much cash with me, and i walked up from Walmart, and i am over due from april 7 was by baby girls, i upstanding that ppl would bot bring there 3 bucks back but it not the only time we have been in there, or i pick up food for my coworkers, atless 2 or 4 a month, tell me i cant gave me her food

These stuck up people refused to serve me, well make me wait 20min just because I was a party of 2! A adult and child is not important to them. They see people as money but hello like kids meal are cheap? Why the hell am I supposed to wait 20min and see if no one else will join out table then I have yo keep waiting. Im sorry this is America so serve me if im paying $22 a plate. A kids meal is $10 and that is not enough. They look at me and assume what,? Im a single mom and broke. Well see who is in top losers. Do not go unless u have a large party and no single parents allowed! !! Screw yall

This is the best sushi restaurant in the area. You feel like family with the very best in service and friendly atmosphere. The decor is definitely upper class from the time you walk in the door. The food quality and selection is unmatched in the area! Just a great place to eat and socialize. The freshest sushi and wonderful and always entertaining Hibachi chefs. You cant go wrong here! The place was packed tonight for the weekly half price sushi specials. Definitely a weekly gathering place for my group of friends. Dont miss the great drink specials by Shana on Wednesday!

Always slow service. Last time we went, my friend ordered her drink 3 times and never got it from our waiter. She had to flag down a manger and order a drink from her, and then she got double-charged for the drink she never received. Then, she ordered sushi to our Hibachi table and it didnt come out either and when we checked after the Hibachi order was done being cooked in front of us, the order had been sitting there and just never got brought to us. Other times when we have been here on the restaurant side, the service was also terrible and we didnt get drink refills.

Fiance and I are currently in the process of trying out all the Asian cuisine in Winchester, VA. Okinawa Restaurant LLC is one of our favorites so far. The wait staff is very friendly, our take out order was right on time, and the food was fantastic. I had two rolls of sushi and vegetable tempura, while the fiance had beef yakisoba. The beef was fantastically cooked. Many of the other places in town that do this style of cuisine overcook their meat. Okinawa Restaurant LLC is fantastic about the way they cook their food. The tempura battered onions were the best part.
