Food is good. Service however Im not happy with. Guess its first come first serve.....guess not in my situation. I come in and sit down and ask for some water first then. She says wait a moment and helps the lady that came in after me. Next I ask her for some lime and she says we are on a shortage and only give it when we bring out the pho. Then I asked if I can just have that lime cuz I want it for my water and not my pho. She then says Ill give it to you when I bring out your pho.....what kind of service is this. Garbage I tell you. Then i asked for the bill and she said i needed to go to the front. This lady says shes the owner she was going to other people and bringing the bill to them. Never again will I come here. Nor would i recommend it to anyone else either.

My family and I arrived at 8:10p for dinner. When we walked in we did not feel welcomed and the situation was very awkward. It was quite and about maybe 4 or 5 tables seated. We were told it would take about 30 mins before we could place an order..and told that they are closing at 8:45p that night. We got the gesture that she did not want us to stay. So I asked her to clarify because Ive never in my restaurant outings had service like this before. She rudely says, "maam you cant just order and expect to get your food before everyone else." Mind you, this is NOT why I asked her a simple question. So I told her..of course I know that!! RUDE SERVICE..this was our FIRST TIME HERE AND LAST. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. WILL NOT RETURN. We walked out.

Awful... my chicken wraps came to the table.. it smelled funny....I decided to take a bite anyway and it tasted sour and nasty... I was sharing dish with my daughter made her spit it out immediately.... take it to the owner to tell him quietly and nicely about the food and he starts yelling at me and saying we order it we pay.... threatened to call cops if we didnt pay after I already told him we would pay for it...my husband then gets upset for him yelling at me ...tells him we will pay for your crappy food... we paid we left all the food on the table uneaten and left..... we will never be back again!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE!!!!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly nice, service is good (and fast), and the food is excellent. Its so nice to finally have a (decent) pho place nearby. I highly recommend the torpedo shrimp, and the orange chicken. The portion for the orange chicken is a little small, but still worth it. The refreshments are also great (I love the tarot smoothie, with just a bit of boba). I highly recommend this restaurant, and I very much prefer it over Waxahachies other restaurants. Be sure to tip these guys. Theyre so sweet and friendly. ...and now, Im in the mood for pho (pronounced "fuh") again! :)

I have gave this place three chances and it let me down all three times. They are under staffed. My pho was delicious but my husbands teriyaki chicken was terrible. The chicken was very dry and cold when it came out. They do not offer kids menu or kid size drinks. This makes it hard when you have a children with you. We also heard the table in front and behind us complaining. I asked for a lemon for my water and I was told they do not have any lemon or lime, but of course I got a lime with my pho. Me and my family will never eat there again.

This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have had an issue getting service here. Tonight we arrived shortly after 8pm, and the store doesnt close until 9. We walked in and so did another couple before us. We sat ourselves, as usual, because no one ever greets you as you come in anyway. After a few minutes a man comes out and says "everyone who just came in, we cannot serve you, we have a big order to fill..." This is an HOUR before they close. This is the second time in 2 weeks Ive been turned away from here for lack of staffing to serve. Wth...

I have been visiting this place once a week for about two months now. Ordered the same thing every time. P-8 with extra spice. The container would leak every time I got back to work. Yesterday I took the container back & showed pictures to the owners. The made several accusations that I poked a hole or microwaved the container. Did not offer anything to compensate for leaking half of my soup all over the table. Very disappointed. Maybe a sign I need to stop eating there. Very oily with a lot of salt.

We went in on Sunday 5/7/17. The waitress was nasty and foul, she was short telling us she had too many customers for us to order appetisers and then order our food later. At the same time demanding a drink order. I told her wed wait to order our drinks with our food she stormed away. There was all of two groups of people dining at the time. We left..Will never use them again went right down the road to Osuba Hibachi...Wonderful service and food.

My son and I went in an hour and 12 minutes before their closing time. We sat and the man told us he would be right with us. Waited almost 10 minutes only for him to come back out of kitchen to tell everyone who just walked in that they were running behind and will not be taking anymore orders no apologies or anything for having us already wait the time we were there. My son and I as well as 5 other people had to leave. Will NEVER be back.

The new management serves good food but the service is SO SLOW!! We ordered and it was more than 20 minutes before we even got the water. We waited for 40 minutes before the first part of our food order showed up. We were growing old waiting for our dinner. We talked to the owner about it. He was not interested. He said "You try to hire help ". Not my problem. I was embarrassed in front of my friends. We will not go back.

Im a huge fan of a wide variety of Asian foods, and for my beloved city of Waxahachie "Phỏ Noodle and Asian Cuisine is my favorite. The food is always amazingly delicous: Ive had multiple menu items and have yet to be disappointed. To top it all off, they have incredible owners and staff, and seeing them when I go makes me happy. Im a customer for life, for sure.

Went there today for some beef pho. The tall, skinny lady working was nothing but rude. After sitting for about 15 min, she took out order and when delivered it was wrong. She then told us to just add in what was missing. Rude and unprofessional, we will never go again and they will be reported to the BBB. Save the heartache and drive to Mansfield or Midlothian.

I get to go sometimes two-three times per week. Always good. V-6. I have never, ever been disappointed, never had any issues with the containers. No leaking ever! However, if you heat food in any styrofoam container, it uh...wont work. My family and I eat in most Saturdays, and we love it! Always good and hot, flavorful, and satisfying.
