The food is mediocre when ordering, but dining in is more preferable. I give it such a low review because I just got off the phone with the woman who usually takes my order and the language barrier and the confusion of what I was asking for and what she was trying to give me was stifling. It ended in her screaming at me, "LADY, YOU WANT 2 GENERAL TSOS WITH FRIED RICE AND EGG ROLL AND NOTHA FRIED RICE AND LO MEIN" All I wanted was General Tsos chicken with fried rice, but I had to tack on some other items in order to be eligible to deliver (which was white rice and the egg roll) and somehow she ended up with that concoction. Im 15 years old, and I ordered from there pretty often and they lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service and all that was lost in translation. She was very rude and impatient and I was trying to be understanding due to the language barrier but at the end of the day it really wasnt worth all of that struggle just for some overcooked chicken and dry fried rice.

Ordered Chicken w/ Broccoli, white rice, and Crab Rangoon. Ordered over the phone and the person was friendly, and the service was fast. I was a bit surprised to be told that they only accept cash for delivery orders. 99% of delivery chinese food places will take your card over the phone. The delivery driver was nice as well. The food was not very good to be honest. The white rice was very dry which means it was likely an older batch. The crab rangoon was not creamy, it tasted dry and old as well. The chicken in the chicken and broccoli had an almost unusual texture. It did not taste good at all. It didnt taste like Chicken w/Broccoli that I get at most other places, and I order Chinese Food all the time. Then, they did not give me a receipt. It was overall disappointing, though the people were nice.

The food is pretty tasty, but the egg roll was extremely soggy with oil. It was dripping down my arm. I ordered the "white meat sesame chicken", which was good, but not one single piece was white meat. There are regular options I just like the white meat better. It said it right in the menu and thats why I ordered it. I paid extra for the roast pork fried rice. It was good but some of the big chunks of pork in it were burnt. I picked those out and the rest was fine.

Poor customer service, they had gotten part of my order wrong and upon further inspection the one entree looked more like soup than what it should have. When I called the lady who answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to bring it back in order to get a refund, but this was delivery. She also told me that from now on if I want food from them delivery is not an option anymore. I have done nothing wrong for this action to be taken.

they are liars, I placed an order and the got it wrong and she is so rude and try to till the computer said something else, how stupid, they cant understand English and the American driver is the worst he is so loud and cursed front of my house, they too much money and the got everybody sick, they charge me for their mistake avoid the headache and the stomach pain, go somewhere else

The tofu and mixed vegetables was quite good, we had requested it be made spicy and it was mildly spicy which was nice. The tofu soup with mixed vegetables was also very good. The beef with scallions with sha cha sauce was a little bit sweet for our taste but still flavorful. We had plenty of leftovers to take home so we were happy with the value we got for the $25 or so we spent.

Worst costumer service ever. I really wouldnt recommend ordering anything for delivery from there. More than just once they have gotten my information and address wrong and my order gets delayed every time. In addition to that, they sell expired beverages. Wouldve given it a 5 star rate, but for me customer service is the number one, regardless the food was good.

Food is GREAT! The only thing this business needs to do to get a full 5 stars is change the person that is answering the phones. The lady that picks up the phone is not friendly at all. I think part of it has to do with the fact that English is not her first language.......

Not an elegant dining experience but the Chinese food is very good. You cannot eat the decor. Wife and I stop in once in a while on a Friday for lunch. Best Chinese food we have found in Winchester (been here 8 months). Price is very reasonable.

Cheap fast Chinese food, very tasty. Honestly I am not sure how they fit some much lo mein into that container. We got 4 entrees and could have fed 2 more people. With a little bit of gregarious service on the phone and at the counter itd be a 5.

Food is great but when I called back to let them know I didnt get my sauce the lady that took my order asked me if I was sure that I didnt get my sauce many times then said it would take 45 to 50 more minutes for my sauce.
