This place is absolutely terrible! The first time I had an issue the online ordering wasnt working so I called in to make my order and I was told I could not receive the online deals over the phone. At that point I explained the online ordering was not working and was still told there was nothing they could do. I then asked for a manager and apparently the person I spoke to was a manager and had the worst customer service skills of any "manager" I have ever spoken to. I decided to order elsewhere after the manager was extremely rude. I also decided to contact the "area director/manager" and received and email a few days, once again with terrible customer service. I left the previous situation in the past and hadnt ordered from them in months. So today I decided to treat my employees to some pizza and they wanted pizza hut so thats what I ordered for them. I ordered online and had a wait time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting I called and asked if it was being delivered and they told me it had just left. I would be fine if they werent so rude and had such terrible customer service. This place needs some better management and employees.

My estimated delivery time for my order (1 Large Cheesy Bites Pizza) was 34 minutes, understandable since it was Labor Day. 15 mins after the initial estimated delivery time I gave the store a call and they informed me of an order that took place before mine that was 37 pizzas, and that my order was being put into the oven as we speak. Common sense would tell you that you would make orders in between the larger order to get the deliveries out there. All I got were excuses when I spoke to the manager, not results. 15 minutes after the call my pizza finally got delivered, followed by more excuses from the delivery driver (Im the only one delivering, someone quit) Not one bit of compensation was offered at all, only excuses. Sadly, this will be the last time I order from this store.

My best friend had her mother order us all pizza today. At first the card was declined, no call. When we called the restaurant they had cancelled our order. Placed an online order again and when the delivery driver arrives he wants a copy of my friends moms card?! First and foremost the card had already be charged, secondly her mom lives an hour away? Do you expect her to drive all the way up her to order us dinner? Lastly, we werent even given a call when we placed the order to let us know. So they got charged closer to $70 for an order that the delivery guy literally turned around and took back to the store. Were all livid and her mom will be filing a formal complaint.

Absolutely horrible. Disappointed. My past 3 orders have been very soggy or under cooked. Left two reviews for this location through their website, still no response. Needs better management and employees that are not rude. I spend $15-25 everytime I order, I expect what I pay for including my dipping sauce. I even tip every chance I get. Have been ordering from here for the past 6 months since I moved here but have been a customer with pizza hit for the past 8 years. I am highly upset to say that I will no longer be a loyal customer

Always a disappointment. I gave up calling when they started "closing" at 1030. Now they dont say theyre closed but that every delivery will be well over an hour!?!?! At some point someone needs to take responsibility and see that whoever is "running " this location is purposefully pouring your profits down the drain. Ill just spend my money at a competitor.

The worst, guy on the phone was rude and they dont deliver to my house when Im 8 mins away?? Wth ? Sticking to papa Johns never ever had a issue with them. And the first papa Pizza Hut is closed permanently and the 3rd doesnt deliver at all. Crap pizza service.

All the bad reviews are for delivery but we pick up so my experience has always been good. I even forgot my cc they called me and said it was there fault and give me coupons !

It was amazing the chicken wings smelled like fried fish which I really enjoyed. The cinnamon and sugar bread sticks were cooked to perfection .
