First off they said it would be delivered in an hour. Well, an hour and a half later, the food finally arrived. I have to say that "THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST FREAKIN CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!" I took two bites of my combo lo mein and threw the rest away. And I wasnt the only one. I was fortunate enough to have a friend that had 2 sandwiches for lunch and he was nice enough to give me one or I wouldnt have had anything to eat. Dont waste your money. A package of Ramen Noodles would be considered a gourmet meal compared to this crap! Close the doors and pack it up Hunan, I cant believe your doors are still open.

my favorite chinese place is far away....so, i wanted to try somthing closer....sorry i chose this place ....i always get general tsos chicken.....and this was disgusting.....not even sure it was chicken to be honest....tons of skin and dark meat...ugggg...i have always had white meat, and skinless....the skinny little eggroll had good flavor.....but could do w/out the nasty chicken and boring rice.....

This is the nicest chinese food restaurant Ive been too where one can wine and dine at. I have been to plenty in and out of state, I think the people who gave this place a bad review are either used to eating cheaply made buffet style food or just dont know how to order the Right kind of food because this place is the BOMB DOT COM sweetheart.

Overpriced, below average food. My meal was incredibly watery and tasted as if made with the cheapest possible ingredients. Dont get the pineapple chicken. Tastes and looks like chickin boiled in sugar syrup water. Just overall bad. 90% of meal was throw away. A refund and price change is highly recommended.

My wife loves their egg drop soup. For me its an average Chinese restaurant, but still delicious. But a 5 star for being a local, long time standing restaurant in the community. My wife remembers coming here 15+ years ago. Hope it is still here in 15 years.

This is a mixed review beacuse I liked their food the first time I went for dine in. Great ingrediants and service. I was very dissapointed in the take-out. Very expensive for the little amount of food you get and no combination selections on the menu.

Best Chinese food around. I do not know why some complain about service, because we have eaten there often for many years and have always had great service. The Sunday buffet is not big but the food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. Great value!

Portion size is large for what you pay. We always come home with plenty leftovers. Its a really nice atmosphere and we always enjoy the hot green tea before dinner. The waiters are always super attentive. Love this place!

i ordered beef fried rice and they delivered something else and I called back and the guy said I did not order beef fried rice then yelled so what do you want me to give you beef fried rice?! Then hung up.

Hunan Garden has been a constant in my family since I was itty bitty. I love this place for the food and the service. They always remember my dad when he walks in and what his favorite drink to go is.

In my opinion Hunan is better in all areas than Hins. However, Mencius is one step above both places in the food and atmosphere department, but they take longer to deliver and are more expensive.

One word: Delicious. My wife and I ordered sweet & sour chicken and egg rolls; simply amazing food! We requested delivery and received our food within 30 minutes and it was hot and excellent.

The best take-out/delivery Chinese available in Kingwood. My family orders their flavorful General Tsaos chicken, egg rolls and won ton soup which is always delivered steaming hot.
