What kind of hospitality server acts misanthropically by being hostile to my meek disabled cousin when he politely informs the waitress where we sat, when there are NO signs stating " wait to be seated???" I was appalled first by waiting 5 minutes for a receptionist to seat us and didnt show up after a few hollas, so we decided to take a seat. And then, like I said, my cousin approached the waitress politely and stated "we took a booth on the far side," only to have her say (and me overhear quite easily d/t her loud tone): "Your suppose to wait to be seated, dont you know that!" My cousin replied by apologising, and said "[he] didnt know," but she rifled back by aggressively ascerting "I was busy on the phone!!" (Verbatim) Now me and my cousin are not some young or drunk punks. In fact Im 47 and my cousin is 39 years of age. And oddly enough, Id guess this waitress to be somewhere inbetween our ages. That being said, we were further insulted when I asked a simple question about the differences between two similar pan pizzas, but she simply and hastily stated a reply that: "one has more stuff on it!" Now I was starting to get upset. Whereas there is a very specific reason why my cousin is shy and meek, and its because he suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and anxiety. So I can see already he is affraid, nervous, and no longer really wishes to be at this restaurant, period. Finally, we were not provided with any silverware and napkins (insofar as a roll of paper towels was affixed to the cruet), nor even plates to eat off of I had to grab a plate from the salad bar for us, as my cousin was affraid to even go grab a plate. Also, my cousin had the salad bar (as I changed my order of the same to chicken wings after seeing it), and it was quite simply a joke. They had more dressings to choose from then toppings ---- which essentially amounts to about 6 or 7, at Best! And they want $3.99 for that, and more if its more than "one-trip," then I believe its $5.49. Then to top it all off, I decided I wanted to speak with a manager or assistant manager when I called the flowing day. When I spoke with one he was polite, apologitic, and understanding. I kept telling him not to apologise as its not his fault, but that I wish to confirm that this disgruntled employee be reprimanded (NOT Fired), and offer an explaination V(to me and my cousin) for her reason why she had chosen to ruin my night together with my family, of whom Im trying to console over dinner because of his fathers recent diagnosis of Alzheimers Disease, among other things! Well, as it was suppose to turn out, the assistant manager stated that he would have the branch manager call me today (weds. 10/28/15), and that did NOT happen! So thus my first question that arises is: whom now is covering for who??!??! Cause certainly they are no longer offering me something amicably to reprimate the damage theyve cause. SO MY ADVICE TI YOU IF YOU REALLY WANT PIZZA HUT, IS GO TO ONE OF THE BETTER RATED ONES. ME AND MY COUZ WERE GONNA GO TO McKINNLEY PRKWY ONE, AND NOW WE CERTAIY WISHED WE HAD. P.S.: This French n Transit Rd. Was dead when we went in @ approx 7 pm. On couple leaving, and other than me and couz, one other table of two. REAL BUZZY!!! NOT! P.S.S.: Even gave this crazy waitress a $3.51 tip (as She certainly did not deserve anything more) which amounts to 12% of the bill. So I think its safe to say that my Cousin not I was any sort of antagonists ---- for if we were, then we probably would not have left any tip worth mentioning!!! Its too bad Imperial Pizza dint have done-in. However, thats probably why their so good!!!

We just ordered a large hand tossed pizza on line with cheese, meatballs & mushrooms. They gave us a time of an hour. I was there within the hour...When I got it home ( and I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant) it looked as though it had been in their warmer for 2 hours..It was burnt and dried out...It wasnt the worst pizza Ive ever had...But close!!!..

Went in for dinner tonight stood at the front counter waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes three employees from the kitchen saw us and never asked us to be seated we were the only ones in the restaurant we will never go back pathetic service terrible employees Im sorry we even tried it never again manager should be ashamed! !

Service sucked waitress walked by napkins on the floor several times didnt pick it up not like she was busy two tables with costumers. I did for her kids running around the hole place like it was chucky cheese nobody said anything not like you saw the waitress only 3 times 1 to order 2 to bring food 3 for check

Service at this place is horrible. Food comes out cold. Order an app. it comes out with your pizza. Been here a few times, it is never busy and the service is always horrible. the phone rings and rings and nobody answers it, can hear it all the way across the restaurant.

Frequently stop by this establishment. Dine is is always nice and quiet and the staff is always attentive. Pick up take out is just as pleasing. The Servers/Cooks will always acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. Overall service and atmosphere is amazing.

I wish I had seen the reviews before. I am a strict vegetarian and I ordered a veggie pizza for take away. Found two sausages in the pizza which I had to spit out. Sloppy service. Will never go back there.

Came here on a thursday for lunch and there was plenty of pizza on the buffet. We got an order of wings and it was served piping hot. Our server was very attentive. Great place.

Location is not as great as union rd location as far as service but is still good. Dont order delivery as they have a large area to cover. But drive up pickup is available!

I go to this Pizza Hut because it is the most convenient location, but the customer service is usually bad. They do have a drive-thru which is great for winter time.
