Weve never had a good experience with this location. The last time we ordered was for delivery. They delivered the wrong pizza. When we called, they said that they would deliver what we ordered if they had another delivery to make in our area. Most restaurants will do anything to correct your order, but not this place! In order to just get a refund, we had to drive there with the wrong pizza to give back to them to either eat or throw out (I hope they wouldnt resell it!). We also ordered cheese sticks, and ate them because that was the only thing we had to eat. They refused to at least refund us for the cheese sticks for our trouble! Another experience at this location - we always order our pizza with light sauce. Its never made correctly here. When we complained about it, we were told to ask for a manager to order it next time because the cooks cannot differentiate between "light" and "extra"! Eat here at your own risk!

I usually order take out and have no problem. I decided to dine in and I wont do it again. My server was rude. She forgot what I ordered to drink. She forgot what I ordered to eat. The staff was in the back, not doing much of anything except sharing personal stories and gossip. I heard the f-bomb several times along with other forms of cursing. My honest opinion is that the whole staff there that should should be replaced. I dont expect the staff at a Pizza Hut to be super professional, but their behavior blew my mind. Zero professionalism. But, my food was okay when I actually got what I ordered.

The employee that took my order was attractive and I fell in love once we made eye contact. If only I lived in Virginia and knew her name, but my eyes are too blurry for a 17 year old and I refuse to wear my glasses. However, if I ever get the chance to even communicate with her, I would take that chance faster than the speed of lightning.

You call and dont get the location instead you get people who take the order and send to the location you need, they cant even get your orders correct, tell me I cant pay over the phone? Your ignorant, since Ive done it before!!!! Thought after a long day of work pizza was the way to go ummm no!!!!!!

The Pizza Hut in Elkton Va. Was awful. I sent my salad back because the lettuce was old and mushy like it was frozen. The replacement salad was as bad and I couldnt eat it. And the supreme pizza was almost bare of ingredients and the crust was so dry it crumbled. I wont be going back.

We waited 39 minutes for a pizza and breadsticks. We were the only people in the place half of our meal. I got one refill because I asked. I didnt ask for another. My waiter looked at me chewing my ice while he was counting his tips out in the open.

Person that took my order was very friendly and helpful. Took their time and answered all my questions on specials without me feeling rushed. Double checked my order for me. Food is always as expected, hot and fresh.. We normally order carryout.
