I did a delivery order. Pizza and two orders of chicken wings. once placed it said itll be about 45 minutes or less for delivery to come which is normal. It took about an hour and a half for them to come. I understand other people order delivery and we probably had other orders in front of us. Finally he came and instead of knocking at the door he called telling us he was there and to come out and get our food. Which is unusual. I told my nephew to go get the food, he opened the door thinking he was there but once he realized he had to walk out to get the food he closed the door to get his shoes on. And the man blared his car horn at him like we were holding him up or something. I thought that was extremely rude considering that he wouldnt even walk 10 feet out his car to bring us our food that we paid for. To make matters worse he handed my nephew the food through his car window, didnt even open the door or get out the car to give it to him. After all that the food was extremely cold and tasted old like it was from the night before, the chicken wings (if you even call it that) were tiny and had little to no chicken and an abundance of breading. It was just a bad experience and they wont be getting my business anymore. Considering I spent almost $40 without a tip for that little food. I wish I got delivery drivers name.

I said OMG when I realized how bad this place is. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread sticks through Grubhub. Over an hour later I hadnt heard anything so I called the restaurant to check. I confirmed the time and name on the order and the order itself, but the man who answered said he hadnt gotten the order from Grubhub. No problem. I gave him the order again, thinking I would contact Grubhub to cancel it. Well I contacted Grubhub, who called the restaurant, and lo and behold, this guy found the original order! So he called me and informed me that he would be delivering both orders (and charging me for both). An hour and a half and another phone call later, both orders arrive. And one of them is wrong. And it all tasted like someone dumped an entire container of garlic on it. Disgusting. With the amount of good restaurants around Richmond there is no reason to go here. This place is inexcusably incompetent.

Its hit and miss with this place. Theyve been through about three major changes since taking over including a 24 hour a day place and now a ghetto grocery store that also sells food. Also, I cant understand most of the people who work there. Still, they do make a good burger and fries but with their indecisive direction, Im surprised theyre still open. UPDATE: After writing the above, I decided to give them a shot and called and said Id pick up a greek salad which they said would be ready in ten minutes. I got there in about that time and the salad wasnt ready but was in a few minutes. Except the bread that comes with it apparently had just been put in the oven and took at least another ten and maybe 15 minutes. I dont think Im going back. They just dont seem to get it.

The sandwich was disgusting it was soggy. The pizza was horrible it had a weird taste to it and the French fries were just sticks of mushy potatoes that werent crispy at all. Overall I would never eat at this place again. The food was cold when it arrived. Asked for plates and they gave us only 3 for the family meal that they had and I was at a hotel with a family of 5 so 2 people did not have plates. They also did not give us utensils, cups and ketchup. I was overall unhappy.

I have never taken the time to write a review before but this was some of the worst food and worst service Ive ever experienced. I got food delivered and it took an hour to get to me after being told it would take 20-30 minutes my hot food was cold and my milkshake was warm by the time I got to it. Beyond that my veggie burger was a real. Urged I am extremely disappointed

Not only was my wait 2 hours... Not only did i have to keep calling about my order... Not only were my cookies and mozarella sticks cold... But my fries n chicken was over cooked and these so-called cheese fries are disgusting n taste like can cheese out the dollar tree n mind u i paid by debit and the delivery guy sits there n asks me did i pay

They took for ever to show up 45 min my ass I ordered on a few of separate occasions they where late every time once they forgot my fries then another time the saled dressing and then and he and 20 min to get here never again
