I had a bad experience here many years ago with them serving me a cold burger. I took a bite out of it and sent it back they gave me the same burger just warmer. It took me a long time to go back. But the coupons in the paper and the addition of the crispy chicken sandwich made me try it again. They have completely redeemed themselves. The food overall was delicious
