Waited at drive up to order and finally decided to park and walk up as it was taking so long. Walked up and pushed button to order, waited several minutes. Finally someone took order and gave total. I slid my card into slot. Nothing else happened and the touch screen for ordering wasnt working so I figured we were good. Sat down at picnic table and waited. Another family of 4 came up, placed their order, got their food and left. I stopped an employee and asked about my order. He said he would check. Waited so long I finally went to the door where the employees were coming in and out of and asked about my order. Someone asked me if I had a receipt and I let them know I hadnt received one. She asked where I placed my order and I told her. She nonchalantly told me "oh, that ones not working, we ha e to run your card in here". When I let them know the person who took my order didnt tell me that, the employees just looked at each other, seeming somewhat clueless. I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasnt one, then when I asked, incredulously, again for a manager, a man who had been sitting on the other side of the counter said the manager wasnt there. I had to ask for the number of the manager, which took another 5 minutes. There was no attempt by anyone to remedy the situation, and no apologies! We left with nothing and wasted at least half an hour. See ya Sonic!

Absolutely the worst chili dogs I have ever had in my life. The Chicago dog... Not a Chicago dog, at least not like one I have ever ate. "Handmade Onion rings" were like nothing I have ever had in my life. They were like honey tasting sweet and a cross between breaded and batter dipped. My tastebuds were so confused they quit working. I dont frequent Sonic. But when I go that once maybe twice a year, I normally get the double greasey cheeseburger, tots and a pop. If I go back, Ill stick to that. I could s___ a better chili cheese dog.

iv gone multiple times to this location and i know what to expect at a sonic because i work at a different location. my order wasnt 100% completely right because when he read back the order i was going to mention that something was left off but before i could he hung up. and yes half price shakes can be busy and youre trying to get things out but when i was on patio me and my friends shake both where covered with ice cream and then brings us napkins. before you bring a customer their product make sure it looks ready to go out...

This place is a joke. They wouldnt take our order at our cars, or the walk up kiosks. So we waited in line for 35+ minutes to the drive thru. When we finally get to order, they will not do 3 seperate orders. Just BS if you ask me and Id be embarrassed to tell a customer I would not/could not do something if they had waited that long. Will be taking my money else where with faster service. This place would be better if it just closed its doors.

The staff and food in the past have been awesome (5 stars). Sadly the past 2 times I have come here they have been closed during normal business hours. I showed up at 0630 and 0645, on seperate days and they were closed with people inside (1 star). Yea not sure how likely I am to continue supporting a location that does not adhere to its business hours. Both times I ended up going to another place for breakfast.

Pushed order button 3 times before anyone said hello. The guy was very nice and explained that they were short 1 employee, without me asking. Brought me out someone elses food as I told them that they havent placed my order yet. Kid said, "Are you sure?" Hmm, I think I know that I didnt order yet. Waited a couple minutes more, no order service. Went to Wendys.

Nice location for solid junk food! Our sons volleyball team hung out here after practice and matches, mostly to take advantage of the half-price (or 2-for-1) shake deals after 8PM. Not a health food store, thats for sure, but just fine for our active teens to have a little fun.

My chicken wrap was a little dry but here is why this place is still great. Staff is great all the time. The kids really enjoy the kids meals. Love all the Slushy and Shake options it seems endless. Fun Family atmosphere with very good pricing.

Sat at the drive thru for 20 min no service. Push the call button 6 times. Went to another window thinking it could have been broken but no. In a last ditch effort went to the drive thru sat there for 15 min. Finally got fed up and left.

Live in the area, have tried going often because of the half price shakes. 4 out of 5 times I end up waiting for at least 15 to get service on the buttons, no response. Do not eat, service is horrible. Will never go again.

Food and staff were great. Only problem was the drive in hardware was worn and I needed staff assistance for it to read my credit card. They helped without a problem though

This place is cool because they have something like 9 trillion different slushee/lemonade and shake combinations. Plus its kinda throw back with the set up. I like it.

Great food, but the wait is long. Dont think they have enough employees. Several of the bays for ordering dont work. Outside seating was not cleaned off well.

I have came to this place twice and each time they say that they are drive through only and then you wait in line for almost an hour. Service sucks.

Great selection for fast food. Loaded soft drink and shake menu. Fast and good cant be beat when traveling.
