The worst service Ive ever received!” It was the worst fast-food experience in my life!! The girl, while serving the food, was burping loudly and yawning mercilessly "onto" the trays with freshly cooked chicken without covering her mouth! When I asked her to, at least, cover her mouth while doing it, she barked at me rudely that I should "shut the **** up"! I demanded to talk to her manager, she called me "white trash" and called up a rude curpulent lady, who approached me with a nasty "What do you want?"! I told her about my concern over the sanitary state of the food and the girls attitude, she barked : "So you want her to stop yawning?" To which I replied that "both yawning and burping are natural acts, nevertheless, yawning and burping release the microorganisms in tiny droplets of saliva or mucus that get "sprayed" into the air .Its called droplet infection! And a person, serving food MUST cover her mouth at least!" My complaint infuriated the chubby manager and she burst into insults! We left the restaurant! But it wasnt over! While walking to the car across the parking lot of the restaurant, my son picked up a 25 cent coin. The manager squeezed the upper part of her curpulent body through the pick up window and screamed: "Hey, you! That coin belongs to this restaurant! Give it back!" How is that for "nice louisiana service"?! Will never be back to any of Popeyes locations! Never ever! Disgusting! And the attitude: racist remarks, barking tone, insults-are you out of your mind, popeye-employees?!? I havent posted it earlier debating whether its safe to post it with that "pop-eye" attitude. I wonder how many more people had the same humiliating experience there and are afraid of voicing it after the insults and threats received at that restaurant!

This location just needs to be shut down. The staff is rude, the food is unpredictable, and theyre about one or two incidents from serving raw chicken. Whoever owns this establishment should close it down and move on to the next investment, because you obviously have no idea how many customers your terrible staff are running off. Your staff behave as Id the customers theyre speed to be serving owe them something. The inventory is poor, as Ive received my order in multiple containers, on more than three occasions. They do not pay attention to details, as Ive had at least 4 occasions in which theyve failed to include items ordered like Apple pies, or most recently 6 biscuits. On the occasions Ive checked my food prior to leaving, staff have been so unkind that I dont bother to say anything. For anyone wondering why I continue to go periodically, its because I keep hoping things might turn around. But Ill be taking my business to the store that the owner actually works at, and actually cares about his patrons at West Broad Street!

Worst Popeyes Ive ever been too. Period. Ordered 10 piece spicy stripes and two orders of fries. Took 40 minutes to receive them. there was one other customer in the whole restaurant. When we ordered they said "we need to cook fresh ones " but the wait time was insane. To make things worse, the staff was rude, lazy, and just standing around. Even the cooks didnt start cooking our food till be came back to the counter at the 20 minute mark. I absolutely will never come back to this location. There are other Popeyes within a ~5 minute drive of this location. Unless they change their staff and their work ethic, this place will never see another dime from me.

I love Popeyes chick, specifically the spicy chicken. Its crispy chicken with just a hint of spice. Im a hot/spicy food lover, so I dont think this is spicy at all, just flavorful. But my wife finds the spicy flavor a little intimidating. I dined here on one occasion and the manager was so nice, he brought out one of their new dishes for me to try. That as the only time it happened, though. On other occasions it was simple and friendly service. The restaurant is kept clean and parking is plentiful.

Pros: I enjoy eating a Popeyes because they cook your food as you order, nothing just sitting around all day. A few of the staff are really nice and pleasant, but there are always that small few that are not. Cons: when they run out of certain parts of chicken, they give you what they want to give you. If you pay for all white, and they run out they will give you dark meat, but you paid extra for the white meat.

This location is relatively close to my home, so if I need dinner fast or for convenience, Ive gone here about 10 times in the last 2 years. Theyve gotten my order wrong in the drive thru every single time. Its so incredibly disappointing after its happened multiple times. I will not be returning to this location after giving them multiple chances. The staff was always friendly, but the orders were always wrong.

Very prompt very nice their personality is good and they tell you if they dont have the chicken that you want and how long it take for it to cook so if you want to wait you can I always like Popeyes that one because they treat their customers prayer well

A co-worker stop by to bring me lunch thought it was gonna be worth waiting for but it wasnt, the worst Ive eaten it was just too salty that my unsweetened tea tasted good and the wing was so tiny

I really used to like Popeyes but this place just ruins it for me. Crazy rude employees got multiple parts of my order wrong and gave me way smaller portions than Ive gotten at any other location.

Rude drive thru staff. Confirmed order at the window and they STILL missed the order. Plenty of honey and butter... NO BISCUITS or Beans and Rice! Disappointed
