As of tonight at 12:13 a Friday night their systems are down they said give them 20 mins. I waited longer than that. So I call the number to see if their system was back up and a guy answers the phone and says well u interrupting me Im on the phone trying to solve the issue and me talking to you is not making the process go any faster. I said well I guess I pose to be psychic and know u were on the phone remember Im a customer and u dnt answer or reply on the phone in that way. He needs to be fired. Night crew sucks. Poor service, poor work ethics just poor everything. The only reason Im still waiting here patiently is because this is REALLY wat I gotta taste for n plus my house 4 min away. Employees of taco bell get yo life yall miserable working minimum wage n treating customers file find another job know ur place as a employee not a ratchet worker

The food is standard for Taco Bell. The assistant manager was nice and polite, but the rest of the staff are like zombies. Expect a long wait, regardless of traffic. I stood at the front register for about 10 minutes trying to catch someones attention- the staff were actively trying to avoid eye contact; either that or they couldnt leave their posts. Eventually I flagged someone down, and she seemed baffled that I wanted to place an order. At the front register. After ten awkward seconds of me politely explaining why I am there, she summoned the assistant manager to punch in my order. I know its not a glamorous job, but it isnt rocket science...

This Taco Bell is horrible! They have The worst customer service ever!! I tried to order through the drive through, one person started taking my order, then another person took over and didnt have the order right, then got a nasty attitude with me!! (And this sint the first time) This seems to be the norm up and down Midlothian! I drove off and will not go back! I will drive to Chesterfield or the West End from now on!

I would say 1 out of every 3 times I come here, either my food is wrong, or Im missing an item, and sometimes more than 1 item. I work at odd times, and coming at 1:45 (2 am is "closing"), they are closed, or no one answers the drive through. I love Taco Bell, but this one just isnt worth visiting. If you have to go, dont leave the drive through until you go through the bag and verify what youve ordered (again).

Night shift has the most un professional attitudes and work ethic. You are hired to perform a job, be respectful and carryout your job, dont intiinally try to find ways to avoid work. If you dont wish to work dont disrespect The Establishment that hired you by making them look like they do not have a professional standard.

i hate this place and why is it that all of a sudden lately there machines are down every night where they cant take orders and some nights its they can only take cash. dont get me wrong i understand things sometimes happen however when it occurs every night of the week past 12 somebody playing games
