Updated May 6, 2017: As noted earlier, have had to remove another star as things just are not getting better. Once again an order error; four items ordered by the gentleman standing in line in front of us, and only three made it into his bag... a salad was missing. He checked the bag before departing and found the error because, in his words, this place just cant seem to get it right over the last couple months. Dont know what happened, but we have to check everything now." Same experience we have encountered over the same time period. Thankfully I was only ordering one thing this time and they got it right. Also, the redesigned interior is just a pain for folks like us waiting to receive carry-out orders, forcing them to stand in front of the exit door, in the way of patrons trying to get to table, and in the way of servers trying to deliver food to dine-in guests. Updated March 25 2017: Took off one star and might take another off if things continue as they seem to be. Ever since the store renovation, things just have been out of whack here. Orders that are not perfect (grilled nuggets instead of regular style, missing salad dressings, wrong fixings with salads or none at all) and slow drive through service. I was the third car in line at the drive through order window and it took 14 minutes to get from there to the pick-up window. The guy taking my order (two salads with dressings, thats it) seemed really distracted -- he had to ask me twice what my dressings were, and asked twice if that was all I was ordering. Just odd, and very time consuming. As another recent reviewer said -- have not been very impressed lately. ***** Original review ***** This is your typical Chick-fil-A... consistently good food, super friendly service, and fairly fast drive through. It is a very, very busy location during lunchtime and also the drive-time dinner hours, so plan accordingly. sometimes (often) it is faster to park and go inside instead of trying to get into the drive-thru queue as the line can get stacked up out into the grocery store parking lot. At least this CFA hasnt done the dumb thing that few others have done, and installed the dual lane drive thru. THAT is so obnoxious... drivers can go through two different lanes to order, but once finished ordering they are forced to merge cars back into one line to get to the single pick-up window. Frustrating and just dumb. This location was closed for 6 months for renovations, but not much was done inside from a customer point of view.... now the order and pickup lines/areas are just more confusing than ever. We were forced to go to Ashland while this CFA was closed, and had to deal with a the idiotic dual drive-thru lines at the Ashland CFA, so we are glad this place is back open. This franchisee does a great job of selecting staff here as they are always upbeat and friendly. Nice location.

12:50 pm, Monday 5/29/17. I love Chick-fil-A and the great service it provides. On a road trip heading back home to NJ coming from NC, we were hungry (couldve picked anywhere to eat) so we decided to stop for lunch at this location. I ordered a lg soup and one of those seasonal specialty drinks. (Large size but its more of a medium size) np. I know out of curtesy they offer free refills on your drink with the exception of the "specialty drinks" ok, no problem. So I kindly proceeded to ask the cashier for an ice tea instead of the specialty drink, who turns, walks away to ask the manager at the time who says no, they can only offer me water. Water!! I already had water in my car..I wanted a cold refreshing drink for the road. I PAID for a drink, so I didnt see what the problem was with getting a refill of ice tea using the cup the specialty drink came in, which was of a medium size. Shaking my head, I turned and walked away without a drink. This was not good customer service.

I went through drive thru on 5-29-17@2:48 pm and order $21.15 of food. I didnt receive all of my food. I was missing 2 chicken sandwiches with no pickles didnt realize it until I got all the way home. I shouldnt have to check behind employees when they are suppose to be trained to bag food properly, and also make sure all items are accounted for. I will be writing a letter to store manager of this company. Ive tried calling for the last 2 hrs and no one picked up the phone. I was coming from New York on the way home.

Getting a order wrong from time to time happens, but a manager that is unwilling to replace a sandwich for a warmer one seems unreasonable to me. I just wanted the hash browns I paid for and to replace my sandwich with a fresh one so I can eat them together. My food got a little cool after driving home and back. This manager was to busy dancing and flirting with the female coworkers. Nice christian behavior.

A typical Chick fil A experience. The staff were courteous and efficient. Its nice to see employees that smile and dont look pained. The order had an error and the lady in the seating area took care of it with no charge to us. This is why I go to Chick fil A whenever I can. You are the best!

Im giving a 2 because of the newer drive thru methods. Having someone outside taking orders actually slows down the line. The drive thru is already crazy there but this makes it worse. I understand the idea behind it, customer service, but I dont think this was the way to go.

One if the best locations I have ever been to. The staff was exceptional, it was immaculate and my waffle fries were perfect. I cant express enough how pleased I am with the level of service, the quality of food and the overall experience.

Horrible i really just hate chick fil a honestly the selection is low and the food quality dose not meet the askimg price. For a place that exclusively sells chicken you would think they would be more creative or atleast better at doing it.

Superb service, and a very courteous and attentive older lady checking on everyone. The order was out before we even reached our table. The place is very clean and well maintained. And of course the chicken is very delicious as always.

This is hard because I really dont like this place because the portion of chicken is very small but taste is great thats what keeps people coming and waffle fries maybe the lemonade I dont go hardly ever maybe once a year!!

Never had a bad experience here. They do need to do something about their drive thru when theyre busy. The way the line is formed is stupid.
