i think this company used to be called NY Chicken. which never made sense to me because its not dipped like roscos or anything, so why NY??. i like the name change, the food is good, the menu is very broad. the prices are reasonable. you can get hot and cold subs, Mediterranean-ish dishes, chicken. the deserts hold their own. its nothing that will change your life, but its fast food, that is really tastey with lots of variety so anyone can find something they will enjoy at very low prices. if its not the same company as NY chicken the menu sure is similar, in bot selection and style.

Messed up all three of my family members orders. I can understand if it was accidentally given to the wrong customers but when we offer to bring the incorrect food back they had no interest in correcting my $30 order. Basically got stuck with the wrong food and Im out $30. Dont go here unless u make 100% sure ur order is right before leaving. Completely rude and unapologetic over the phone. Food was dry and cages were way soggy like theyve been out for a couple days

We called for a delivery order at 5:15 p.m. never received our food it was like 7:00 p.m. kept calling them no one answered the phone. Needless to say we never got our food that night all. We from new York and have no problem with crown chicken up there but Virginia crown chicken sucks ass!!!! Suck at customer service!!!!Major disappointment. Never will go back to them at all.

Customer service was fairly decent. This place offers a large variety of food options for you to choose from. Prices are fairly decent. I ordered the 6 piece hot wings with french fries and a drink. Once I received my food the chicken did not look fresh. I was very disappointed. Maybe I will give this restaurant another try.

Yo....dem chicken wings aint no joke.....I just found this place last week...good prices, lots of food selections, homemade dessert dats on point...and a very clean place to eat....OMG...ya gotta check this place out..thumbs up!
