I ordered the pepper steak. It was flavorful and about what I expected from this dish. Unfortunately, a few other details about my lunch excursion here detracted some from the experience. I came with a party of about 13 at lunchtime on a Saturday. The restaurant was empty of any other customers when we entered. The decor is somewhat old looking. It did not seem as though they were prepared to handle a party of our size, as it took about 35-45 minutes or so to receive everybodys order. The portion size left some to be desired, though to be expected from a lunch portion. However, the pricing of $9.95 for a lunch portion detracted from the experience. That said, my pepper steak had a nice flavor and was enjoyable.

I would also give this a zero if that was an option. Over priced, we were told the price for two combination meals would be 10.95 each. When I paid it came to 28 dollars, I asked why we were charged 12.95 each and he then said it was an extra dollar for the combination. He could not explain why he then charged me two extra dollars and then brought up how he and everyone in his family had a doctorate and he attended an Ivy League college and was offered 300,000 dollar credit limit. I tried to explain that it wasnt about the money but more about the principle that he told us one price and then charged us four extra dollars. I asked for my money back but they refused...

Attention Attention Attention Attention to everyone, I order shrimp fried rice. Price was $8.95 but I paid $12.95. When I was asking him why did you charge me $4 extra he explained to me that he charge me $1 for make it extremely spicy and $1 for tax. Ok then what about $2 more for what kind of charge? He asked me you are not an American , American people dont asked for the price. When I told him I need the recipe he just wrote down in the paper It shows $12.95 for extra hot + extra shrimp. I got only 13 pic shrimp and non of them was clean. If I can put the pictures of this food I will put it. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. Got take out last night. Burnt dumplings, bland egg roll and our food resembled something I would give a dog. A bad dog. Will never go here again and will shake my fist in its general direction as I pass by on Brook rd.

Doesnt look so clean behind the bar especially the sink I havent been here in years so hope the is as good as it used be they didnt offer me dine in only Togo so I ordered a drink while I wait on the food cost me 19.90. Food was awful and very salty.

The food was not good. When we got into the restaurant there was no music playing and no other people around so the environment was very empty. Not a fun experience.

The egg rolls and shrimp toast are excellent. The service was a little slow, but we had the orange beef and buttefly shrimp with bacon and they were both delicious!
