On balance, this was acceptable food. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired, which I suppose was the first chink in the armor so to speak. Also, as the "dining area" is small and close to the door, it was a little nippy inside whenever someone came and went. I snacked on almonds as I waited in line - funny how an almond resembles the Oriental eye. I ordered, then waited. The food arrived very quickly - much quicker than I expected. If I had been in a Jap restaurant, you could almost term the fast service a sneak attack. The mustard was so damn hot I thought my hair was on fire for a moment, but it blew my sinuses out better than any girl giving massagee. A stupid goldfish swam around in a tank. It did nothing for the ambiance and would be better off served as sushi. Try it though - youll love it!!!!!

Young Chow is a take out place. Ordered Kung Pao chicken last time and was very well made, hardly any oil, chicken was all white meat, unlike cheap chicken leftovers with fat and cartilage typically used by Chinese establishments. Great value. Giving a four based on the quality of food and value.

I order bourbon chicken and the way they cook is like sesame chicken coat with sweet surgary saurce. If anyone ever eat bourbon chicken you will know it was grilled. Tons of sugar in it.
