The worst customer service ever. Found a piece of hair in my white rice and on top of that they sent me the wrong thing. I ordered chicken fried rice and they sent me fried chicken wings and fried rice. I called to let them know and the person who answered the phone 1. Didnt apologize 2. Said that I needed to bring the food back to them instead of them sending the driver back(I obviously cant come to you if I ordered for it to be delivered) and 3. Blamed it on me and said I was the one who told her the order wrong. Why would I order my two year old fried chicken wings. If she wasnt so busy trying to rush me off the phone she wouldve gotten my order right. Im never ordering from them again. I will gladly take my money elsewhere

Hong Kong is your run of the mill Chinese place made more attractive by its 5 dollar (sometimes lower) lunch specials. I work down the road and usually call in my orders 15 min ahead of time before picking them up. From the looks on their faces I can tell theyre not fans of me paying with my VISA and I try to pay in cash when I can because I know it helps them keep the prices low. At any rate you can get all your favorite cheap chinese standards (Gen. Tsos, Hunan Chicken, Chicken Broccoli etc.) and its has a good disposition in regard to taste. Id recommend Hong Kong if you happen to drive by it and be hungry at the same time or if you work in the area and want a change of pace for lunch.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR DOESNT UNDERSTANDS ANY ENGLISH. THE HEIGHT OF THE CHEATING CUSTOMERS EXCEPT FRIED RICE ALL THE OTHER ITEMS ARE HORRIBLE FILTHY TASTELESS. They are soooo awful. i wouldnt dare spend none of my money there anymore. They didnt even call and they rode by my house and did not bring me my food. The sales representive was being very disrespectful towards me. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE

The worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever been to! They do not understand English and ALWAYS screw up our orders. The food might be cheap but their rudeness and horrible customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

It is a good in and out restaurant with limited seating. There is usually someone eating lunch but most people carry out. Ive liked most of the items I have tried but even the the lesser plates were okay.

Hard fried rice, nasty general tsos chicken, and i ordered a spring roll, and they gave me a shirmp roll, which Im highly allergic too. The only thing I can say positive, is that my food was hot.

I dont know what the other reviewers were talking about...this place is frickin great. I ordered wings and they were very very good. My friend got pork fried rice and that looked great too.

First two delivery orders were great then all of a sudden they will not deliver to my home without a $25 order. Menu says $10 and I am less than 2 miles away. TIME TO FIND ANOTHER OPTION
