Dont order from here... My experience tonight was I ordered at 8 pm, the lady on the phone was rude (not unexpected, but still...). When I still didnt have it at 9:15, I called back to ask when it was coming. Received no apology for the slow delivery, just was told it was on its way (click). No explanation of when it had left or when I should expect it. Finally got it an hour and a half after I ordered it... the food was gross, the containers werent closed tight enough so sauce got all over the inside of the bag, and they failed to include the rice. When I called back AGAIN, I couldnt get through. What else could have gone wrong?? Overall terrible experience, and this food is overpriced anyway. Highly recommended to choose other options.

My boyfriend and I have tried a lot of different Chinese places in Richmond and this one is by far the best. For the people who say they receive bad service over the phone, the people who work there speak English as a second language. Give them some slack. Plus they are crazy busy so it gets hectic. Just order online where the prices are obvious and there are no communication problems. Any time we have had to ask for some modifications we just put a note on the entree. The food is always perfect and delicious. They are also open really late and deliver to a wide area which is a huge plus on this side of town!

Not the best Chinese food in town, but definitely one of the more fresher tasting (if that makes sense). I like the fact that the fried rice tastes light and not heavy with oil. The sweeter items arent too sweet. Also, they have a pretty big delivery range. Funny, this was the first place I ate at when I moved to Richmond as it was right off the highway 4 and a half years ago. I started ordering online not realizing it was the same place.... Oh and the driver is a pretty guy himself.

They where rude on the phone then it took my food over a hour to get here... The food was awful the shrimp was over cooked and rubbery the chicken and broccoli had barley any chicken in it...the driver scared my son he went to get the food and he had a gun in his lap and was loud and rushing him to sign the receipt... Need less to say I will never be ordering from them again

We have been repeatedly happy with our orders of beef and broccoli, general tso chicken, crab raggoon, egg rolls, and sweet and sour pork. Really anything we order is fine. Its just great to get places to deliver to us up in the hood! We love it! The guy on the phone is so funny too, because he is all business "what else? uh-huh. what else?" Reminiscent of the soup nazi.

This place sucks. When They answered the lady was screaming and then they hung up on me when I trying to explain all i wanted is chicken lo mien with beef and shrimp and chicken and broccoli and I was asking the prices and I was okay that fine. After that all I heard it okay you dont want bye. And that was it. Like really you talk to your customers like that.

Kind of surprised by our delivery today. The menu looks like your run of the mill Chinese take-out, but the food and service is well above average. Seasonings are all generous but not overpowering. We didnt need to reach for the water bottle, in fact, even after finishing the Hot and Sour Soup. The packing is also clean and tight. I think just found our spot.

There arent many choices in this town for Chinese food and this place is amount the closet you can get to a good chinese restaurant. The delivery takes good 15 - 20 minutes, which is typical, and the driver speaks barely enough English. At the end of day though, we are happy with our beef with brocoli and shrimp lo mein, and will order from them again.

I used to go to this place once in a while in the past, but after today, I might just swing by whenever I have a chance. They just redecorate the place and man, it looks nice. The food is getting better as well. I just love the way they cook that chicken. I think I am going back next Saturday and perhaps update my review.

Pretty decent little Chinese takeout places in an otherwise dumpster part of town. Almost like a diamond in the rough. Love their wings, cant ever have enough of them. One word of advise though, order online, calling them is kind of a chore. But I am not deducting any points since their online order is pretty good.

WORST DELIVERY IN RICHMOND. It took over three hours and FOUR separate calls to get two orders of food to Church Hill. They are not able to understand English and when the food finally arrived it was cold and they did not offer any compensation. Very disappointed and will not return to this joke of a restaurant.

Holy jesus! Im from NYC and I know holes in the wall. This place is a hole in the wall for holes in the wall. Has the trifecta of rude nasty staff, bland food, and limited selection. Ghetto Chinese food is usually awesome but not this place. Horrible, just horrible. I give it 1 glock out of 5.

Their General Tso Chicken is delicious and also the wings! But calling them is hectic someone just hung up on me, just reading these reviews I didnt know it was any online ordering. I like that its different. But I did see a roach thats my only concern. But as for the food its absolutely delicious.

For a local Chinese restaurant, the food served at Wan Jin Lous tops every place in this zip code! I order the chicken and broccoli, and for once, its white meat chicken, seasoned perfectly. i dont have anything bad to say about this local eatery.

The food was nasty and it didnt even taste cooked. The hot chicken and shrimpfried rice was super soggy. The general tos chicken was just nasty. The egg rolls was so nasty its was no shrimp and it was soggy. The only good thing was the fried donuts.

It took me 10 minutes to Order. She didnt understand my street name(Stockton St) or my phone number. Then I had to repeat my order, and I went over $10 to get free delivery and they still charged me for delivery. The food better be spectacular.

I recently moved back to Richmond after living in New York for 3 years. What can I say, this place still got it. The fried chicken is juicy as ever and sweet and sour pork is, sweet and sour. All in all, best restaurant around town.

Weve been living in Richmond for many years but just noticed this little place. What a pleasant surprise! The food is good and the girl answering the phone is very mannered. Especially recommend the shrimp lo-mein.

They kept putting me on hold when I called, and shouting the few times they did answer the phone, you ask why did I keep calling, well I like their food but after this experience I am done.

I didnt really like anything. The service was rude. The chicken wings undercooked and the Egg Foo Yung gravy was lumpy and bland tasting. I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN.. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
