This place has decent food but bad service. We ordered food took over an hour to get here when we called to check on our food they informed me it was on the way. The guy gets here 20 minutes later and hustles us does not have change ends up with overage of over 10 dollars plus what his tip was going to be. When I called back a 9 year old girl answers the phone says she is the only one there left in charge (labor laws) takes my name and phone number said she was the managers daughter. The guy who delivered our food calls back and then when I tell him our complaint he proceeds to yell at me and not hear what I have to say. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Especially with kids 9 year olds working.

This is THE WORST Chinese/Hunan restaurant EVER!!!!! If you want to order food and have it to be delivered WRONG; then you should frequent them! The ordering process is horrendous and not even somewhat correct; the management is an abomination!!! The management LOVES to argue stupid and nonconsequential points and then does NOT stand behind their word...let alone their product!!!!! This is the fourth time we have "TRIED" to give them a chance and they have done NOTHING other than to dissappoint and wrong us further each and EVERY time!!!!!!!!! Please, for your sake and pocketbook...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are HORRIBLE and CAN NOT get an order correct to save their souls!!!!!!!!!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered my food online and waited two hours without receiving my order yet. I call the place asking where my food is and they tell my order is on the way. 30 mintues later i still havent recieved my order. I call again and they tell me they will call the driver delivering the food. Another 20 minutes with no call back i call back again and they tell me my order was never processed and is undeliverable. So after over 2 hours i received no food and was lied to about it. Never giving this place a chance again.

I have been ordering from this establishment for over 5 years now and its sad to read the incompetent reviews people leave. Not understanding the ability to change the tip percentage, lunch not worth $5 dollars... etc. This place has some of the best Chinese food/ service i have ever had. The people that leave horrible comments must think McDonalds is a 5 star restaurant with their order/delivery time.. Dont listen to the spoiled college kids down the street and give this place a chance.

I have been a regular customer of Hunan Garden for years. My fave used to be the Kung Pao Chicken. There was hardly any chicken and the sauce was so bland. I was surprised. Also, the delivery person yesterday said he added a 20% tip and I could "feel free to change it". Funny...I would have left him double the tip, had I not been told what to tip in the first place. Guess the management changed or they just dont care about quality anymore. Im sad I wont be ordering from them again.

Awful. We ordered Crab Rangoon, Fried Dumplings, Chefs Seafood, and Orange Chicken. Literally everything was awful. The seafood was rotten and probably wouldnt ever pass inspection, the rice was funky, the dumplings were soggy. This was probably the worst food I have ever had. Never ever eating here again. When we called them to complain, they hung up on us.

Weve lived downtown for two years now, and we still visit Hunan weekly. They have tasty, inexpensive takeout food, and the woman who generally runs the register is the kindest person in the world! I cant vouch for delivery drivers since we like to go to the restaurant ourselves.

Ive been going here for years now. Everytime I go in they are so nice to me and the food is great. The price is good for how much food you get. Overall I recommend this place to everyone. I live in King George and I make the drive all the way out just to go here.

Do not order delivery. Quoted 45 minutes and never received food. We called them after 1 hour 30 minutes went by and cancelled the order. There are plenty of other places, I recommend going elsewhere.
