Ive eaten here several times since I live nearby and I will continually come here in the future. The chicken is very tender and moist, just comes apart. The sides are delicious, although I cant say Ive tried all the sides. I dont care much for the yucca because its a bit on the dry side, but it is gluten-free. Its rolled in baking soda then fried in oil to give it the puffed crispy taste. The plantains are delicious. The rice is a bit plain, but it does complement the chicken. I wish they had other sides that werent as starchy, i.e. more green vegetables, but whos complaining? The times Ive been, the restaurant is empty, but there is a constant stream of people getting carry out. Ive eaten at Crisp n Juicy and it cant even compare. Plus, you cant feed four people for $16 anywhere, a full chicken, 2 sides, and 4 sauces. Depending when you go, the sauces vary. This past time I went the green jalapeno sauce was kicking, other times its too plain. They are slow if you call ahead to get the order, youll still have to wait once you pay.

Fast, good food. I usually get it to go but the dine-in experience is decent enough. Good, clean single occupancy bathroom and full handicap access. (The ramp is hard to miss) Drinks come as free water or in cans from behind the corner - a large selection of interesting sodas. You can ask for all white meat for an extra cost. The fried plantains are excellent. Yucca fries are okay - they used to be great, but as a side theyre now these stick things instead of the original round patties, tend to be dried out and a little disappointing. Great place for quick-ish take-out lunch :)

I go there like almost everyday and the food is quick and delicious. Employees are kind and polite but can sometimes get orders wrong but fix it up immediately once notified. The chicken is so far the best in the area compared to other chicken places Ive been too. The only suggestions I have are to add a few more foods to the menu like black beans or to even include a kids meal for the younger crowd. But overall Pollo Peru is a great place to sit down and eat or to-go depending on how you prefer to dine.

Not hating but the food was subpar at best. Chicken was meh, dry, and not a lot of flavor. Costco chicken is juicier and better than this. The beans and rice tasted like dirty water. The only positives were the fries and the yucca. I was so excited to have a peruvian spot close to my new home, but too bad it just isnt good. Idk, maybe I went on a slow day and they werent at their best.

Did not think you could screw fried yuca up - but they managed. Yuca were like sponges filled with grease, soft and absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry. The rice was OK. Bought a Amazon social deal and was excited to try something new. Maybe my experience was a one-off but Ill never know, as I wouldnt go there again. Very disappointing.

La comida estuvo muy buena. Lo que no me agradó fue la actitud de la cajera. Un poco hostil. De todo lo de más ok! Demás esta decir que no regresaría.

I got hooked on Peruvian chicken and this place is a god send. You can get 1/4 chicken and 2 sides for $6 but I go for the 1/2 check for $9 and save it for tomorrows dinners. The included sides are ok but try out the friend yucca and sweet plantains. They are perfect complements to the chicken.

The chicken is succulent and tasty and cooked before your eyes. Just wonderful. Unfortunately, the cole slaw is a little runny and mayonnaise-y. I like mine more vinegary. That said, the plaintains are wonderful and Inka Kola and Diet Inka Kola (who knew?) is available. I love this place.

My husband is always wanting to go to Peruvian chicken places, but our young daughters usually sway the family voting in another direction. That said, ever since we all first visited this place in May, we have all been hooked! Incredible chicken, and the sides are also delish!!!!!

Quality chicken, seasoning, side dish options and sauces; Pollo Peru has something for everyone, desserts included. The food sometimes varies a bit visit to visit and the shop is not always pristinely clean, but only worth a star off. Great easy family meals

Food here is consistently great - this is a regular takeout place for us. We usually get a whole chicken, fried yucca, plaintains, and/or black beans. The sauces are yummy, too (I like mixing both flavors together). You can feed four people for around $20.

Ive gone to many Peruvian chicken restaurants and this is by far the best one. Chicken is very well seasoned, the yuca is also well crisped but not dried out. Everything always seems to be fresh and clean. Come here about once or twice a week as a treat.

I have always had an amazing experience at Pollo Peru! Their chicken is amazing and never disappoints. Although the place is generally packed, the service remains quick and I have never had an issue finding a place to sit down. 10/10 would recommend!

Exactly what you expect. Its not as good as some but decent Peruvian chicken. The restaurant is never really busy so you can come and grab a cheap bite to eat, probably quicker than going through any drive through and for the same price.

The delicious smell of Charcoal cooked chicken when you walk into the place are intoxicating. You cannot walk into that place and not be immediately ravenously hungry. The flavors of the tender chicken are not to be missed.

I took my son there for his first Peruvian chicken. He loves it and asks to go back all the time. The food was great, but the atmosphere felt rather sterile. Guess thats not a bad thing really. Enjoy!

Great lunch spot. The chicken is out of this world, and the rice & beans and/or plantains are the go-to side. Get as much of all the sauces as you can, especially the green, and go to town.

This is definitely the best choice for some great Peruvian chicken. Always fresh, always tasty; very consistent. I usually get the half chicken, with yucca, and black beans. Great place.

In terms of Pollo places, this is an average one catering to the lunch rush. Chicken is often dry. Sauces are decent. Prices very reasonable. Sides nothing to write home about.

One of my favorite Peruvian restaurants around. I usually head here after I get my hair cut next door at the barber shop. This is in the Home Depot shopping center area.
