My family and I went in during the Memorial Day celebration and even with it being super busy, as usual, the staff was so genuinely sweet, helpful & friendly. I dont know if he was a supervisor or manager, but the gentleman with strawberry blonde hair, was so attentive & helpful. He came to us & thanked my husband for his service. My hubby has served our country for 18 yrs and he stated he has never received such kind, friendly service ever. Many times, its those who serve who gets less of the "nice" treatment. It was definitely refreshing to see him appreciated for his service and not snubbed for what some may think of the military. Thank you for the amazing service. Please keep up your awesome smiles & service!

Clean restayrant. However, one African American worker, named Ethan, was not very nice. I accidentally repeated a part if my order, and he rolled his eyes. Also, he forgot to make my drinks, and when I went back once we got our food to ask for my lemonade, he made me a root beer. Also, he had a very snarky tone, and when we got our food, he didnt say anything. He just dropped it off and walked away. However, a man named jareb did have very, very good looks and good customer service. Also, I noticed that a boy named Robert, was very nice to the person he was ordering for. For that I give 3 stars instead of one.

I come to this location at least 3 times/wk. By far the BEST service. The entire team is superb - and Steve has absolutely made the best impression of Chic-fil-A that I have experienced. He is polite, attentive, and has even taken the initiative to remember my name. I believe he is the manager - and if he is not, he should be!

I was a little disappointed in this location. While the food was what one would expect at Chik-fil-a, a nearby, older location offers a decidedly nicer experience. To be fair, this is a new and busy location so things may improve, but an incorrect order and lower level of cleanliness will keep me from returning for awhile.

Not too happy with service. Store not busy, ordered a salad, after 10 minutes asked staff why it was taking so long, response was Ticket order was lost so they didnt know whose order it was.. There were only five customers in store, yet the didnt bother to check. Poor customer service.

They are always so nice here. The lines go by fast (I usually go through the drive-thru). They do sometimes fill up with parking rather fast at lunch, but there is parking across the street and a crosswalk to guide you over. Super clean and super friendly as all Chick-fil-as are!

Incredibly friendly service. Enough so that the employees go the extra mile to come to your table asking what you may need. Normally chik-fil-a is an overall great and friendly place but this particular restaurant is awesome. :)

Ordered Chicken strips and lemonade at 2:30 on a Tuesday. Chicken strips were dry and stringy. Lemonade tasted really strange. Didnt dare have more than a sip. Contacted the store about the lemonade and was promptly ignored.

Conveniently located near popular retailers and always good food. This is one of the newer Chick-fil-As in the area. Now if only they would stay open during late-night game releases with Gamestop across the street. ;)
