kfc has so many shortcuts that they use to be the cheapest and just be clean enough to get by inspection.over the time period i worked there i was constantly doing my managers jobs while they sat around in the office and talked.i seen many times when the managers were smoking cigarettes in the kitchen and never washing there hands afterwards.they let food sit out for hours and they sell expired food.such as chicken,potato wedges,and all other fried foods just so they dont have to throw away food they could be selling.they only follow the inspection and regulation rules when they have been informed that they have inspection.it sickens me knowing i let all those people eat the food they served on a day to day basis.they keep there personal food in the resturaunt refrigerators all the time weather its spoiled or not.on many occasions Ive seen roaches and other bugs in the food and when i went to throw the food away i got in trouble for "wasting the food".i told the managers why i was throwing the food away and they still wanted to keep it.

This will sound like exaggeration because its so utterly ridiculous, but I swear it is not. Weve lived in Williamsport for 21 years and attempt the KFC about 3-4 times a year because the anger from the last time has worn off and "this will be the time they finally get it right." Wrong. Do the math: 21 years times 3 or 4 is anywhere from 63 to 84 consecutive times they have completely screwed up our order. An utterly ridiculous management and staff. Either the business model is to hire the most ridiculously incompetent people they can find or the management is universally inept. Dont go here. Save yourself the anger and frustration. The stupidity, it burns. Not one employee that has ever worked there has a double digit IQ, so keep that in mind when reading certain reviews from previous employees below.

After the always pleasant ordeal of ordering thru the drive thru, and then waiting forever for someone to be kind enough to open the window and hand out our food, we had to remind the staff that they had missed a drink, OK crazy and insane normal for kfc in williamsport , we then had the pleasant experience of once we ate our game day bucket, our systems went boom, my husband , son, and myself were all struck with a most rotten case of food poisoning that I have ever had the displeasure of enjoying. We have unanimously decided never to eat there again, our game day bucket defiantly went boom in all the wrong ways. we spent 47.93 to be poisoned a very unpleasant experience.

Went two times in a week first time I went gave my order went around to the pick up window and there was a car waiting for their food I sat there 10 min they still didnt get their food I just got off of work just wanted to get my food and go home so I got out of line and went to Arbys next time I went there was 3 cars ahead of me and 2 cars behind me waited 5 min and both cars behind me backed up and left then the line still didnt move so I back up and left are you people that short handed

I sat at the drive through intercom for a little while and u could hear chuckling in the background and decided to leave. Then all of sudden I hear loud laughing as I pass the drive through window. So it appears they need to get new employees the ones they have now have no sense of responsibilty and makes the place look really bad. I will not return to that place on the golden strip. Terrible.

Im not sure when you worked there but I can assure everyone that review is probably some angry ex employee. I am still employed with KFC and I can tell you that quality is number one. We just received a green inspection from a third party auditor. There are no roaches either. We use Ehrlic pest control. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

This KFC sucks, they dont even sell Americas favorite chicken dish...saucy chicken wings! The KFC website shows them as a menu item, but you cant get them here! And whatever happened to the Jumbo Fiery Grilled Hot Wings?! Those things were awesome! KFC, you have let me down.

I purchased the 3 piece original recipe dinner. No longer serving full size chicken pieces. The 3 pieces were 2/3ds the size of former 3 piece meals. They are now downsizing the chicken pieces and maintaining the same price. I will no longer patronize KFC..

One of the cleanest kfc I have ever visited. I worked at one for years and they did everything right if I would have been an inspector they would have got a blast. If you ever worked there you no the meaning of it.keep up the good work.

Went through the drive through. They never seem to have what I want. I want the roasted wings. There is always a problem. This time had to wait 10 minutes which irritated me, but they gave me a drink while I waited. Not so bad.
