A few weeks ago I ordered an 8 piece of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and a gallon of sweet tea thru the drive-thru ($25). The Popeyes drive-thru worker did not put the cap on the sweet tea properly and it leaked all over the seat in my brand new car. When I got inside my house I realized the mashed potatoes were not properly secured and had spilled all over the entire bag. As it had been a very long day and it was 10pm, I was not happy to have to drive back to Popeyes. I went inside and explained what happened. The entire order was replaced. However, there is still a stain in my seat from the sweet tea and I felt the manager should have at least tried to make my happy. I had stated to the manager that the sweet tea had spilled all over the seat in my brand new car and she didnt seem to care. I tried to wipe it up but it soaked into my seat. When I later checked the online coupons for this location I saw a 22 piece of chicken for the same price that I paid for the 8 piece. I feel the manager should have at least offered me a coupon or something. Anyways, I wont be going back, at least not for awhile.

The chicken was not fresh. I will NOT be going back. I feel like I want to vomit after eating the chicken here. Definitely the chicken old cause it had a strong fishy chicken smell..... Only reason I am giving 2 is the biscuit was good.
