Went thru the drive thru - girl taking order sounded disturbed, like I was bothering her - HEY, I provide your paycheck!!! When I went to get my food, they were tossing my container of cole slaw and it landed on the floor. I told the girl I did not want the container that was on the floor with my food, I wanted a clean one. She told the girl bagging, who must not have liked what I said and she preceded to use the "F" bomb as she took the one out and put in the new one. SERIOUSLY I parked, went in, which I did not want to do in the first place - thats what the drive thru is for - and asked for the manager. She was no help - just happened to be the best friend of the girl with the lovely attitude! Its been years since I had KFC. Was looking forward to it - wont ever go back again! Lock Haven KFC stinks! By the way - wheres the pickles that are in the picture of the Honey Gold chicken!!!????????!!!!

Make sure you check your order before leaving window, because when you call back they seem to be right that you are not missing an item from your order and you are mistaking. This is not the first time or even the second time they didnt get the order right. My last time ordering there. Some body needs to get a grip on Andrew who wont give his last name but claims to be the manager.

I am from Denv e CO. I visited the Piper Museum in Lock Haven two years in a row. Both visits we ate at this KFC. Lots of seating and easy parking. The condiments were well stocked. Great food. The dining room and tables were kept clean. Nice and bright. A great KFC!
