Not well. It seems like there are always kids working here. The experience went down hill when I ordered 2 bottles of wine, pizza and some sides. I noticed the price was higher then normal when the delivery kid got to my door, and gave a larger amount then usual. Apparently they charge 20 dollars a bottle of wine in house and 10 to deliver. Which is why I loved the place, because its usually the opposite. The girl who took my order never gave me my price when she hung up so I assumed it was as I usually order...not the case. I had to talk to the manager to correct this, i was owed 20 dollars, never got it refunded. He explained the girl was new and didnt knno the difference of in-house price and delivery. 2 months later I call, tonight to be exact. And I order my usual. The bottle of wine and so on...I asked. "To be sure, the bottle of wine I order is different/less then the price served at the restaurant right" She spoke to the manager and stated thats not the case anymore. I said good night. I recently became an Uber driver part time and finally drove by this desolate place while dropping off a rider and thought...really. This is the place I ordered from. No wonder, seemed uneventful, deliver only type spot. I miss my previous location who had adults running it, this place. Not worth it. Unless you have money to burn, live in the area and are unconciseness of price/value/service.

Love the food. We have been living here in Falls Church for past 2 yrs and 2 min driving distance away from this location. In the past 12 months, we have been ordering once a week if not 2 or 3 times. Recently, our order has been missing items. We order chicken, they put tuna on the salad. We ordered extra dressing but didnt even get the ones that come with the order. We order drinks never get them in the bag. Last couple times, our order is cold enough that need to be reheated. Again, I live 2 min away from this location. Spoke to the manager and she said to bring it up to their attention. And when we do it, for example like today, the lion looking guy acted like their place is too good for my business. When I mentioned the last error on my orders, he said "im sorry" and blew me off and walked away. Came back to ask to speak to the manager, waited for the manager but knowing she was on her break, didnt want to wait that long. Highly recommend some customer service training and how to treat customers. A.C.T. Aknowlege the customer. Care for the customer. Thank the customer.

So Ive been to Lost Dog enough that I should give it a review. Food: Really great food. I generally get a pizza to share and have never had a real complain. Ive had a few sandwiches as well, and all of those have been super tasty! Drinks: Good selection of craft beer - better than the grocery store carries next store (if were talking carry out). Their selection doesnt seem to rotate heavily that Ive noticed, but they carry enough styles that youre bound to find something you like. Also their milkshakes are tasty! :) Service: Never had a problem with staff either in-store or delivery. When getting it delivered it always arrives within an hour or earlier depending on how busy they are.

Excellent food. I tired the phoenix sandwich and dog collars as my first meal at this place and I was impressed. Very affordable prices and great portions of food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The establishments sit in area was nothing special. The accommodations reminded me of one of those run down joints on Route 1. I was not impressed by that, but Ive found that some of the best restaurants Ive been to have been in a broken down, hole in the wall spot. The trifolding menu was packed with options, send like it has something for everyone. I look forward to going back so I can try something weeks on the menu.

Very surprised to see so many favorable reviews on here. For about the last 6 months there has been a steady decline in the quality of food and service at this location. Staff often seems checked out and indifferent. Often have to request refills / condiments / silverware more than once. The entrees are consistently decent , but the fries and onion rings can sometimes be absolutely awful (they dont have a fryer , so they bake them and it doesnt always turn out well). About 2 years ago this place was a 4 or 5 out of 5. Not sure why theyve declined recently.

Quirky artwork displaying the history of Tysons Corner line the walls of this hidden gem. The main reason to come here at lunch or after work are to grab some amazing craft beers and one of a plethora of unique canine named sandwiches. While the food is unlikely to amaze you, its nothing to write home about, the beer selection is incredible! The options on tap or bottled are worth popping in for if you need a break from your day. I was fortunate to find Wicked Weed on tap and a bomber of Brooklyn Brewerys Improved Old Fashion in one sitting.

Ive eaten many times at the Arlington location. The new cafe needs some time to catch up. The staff is inexperienced and not up to speed on the menu items. The sandwich I had was not the same as Arlington...lacking something. Not sure what. I think its great that theyre offering gluten free pizza crust...but why an extra $4. If they feel they have to, how about pro rating by size instead of adding $4 to all sizes. Not much incentive there. I am really glad Lost Dog has moved into my neighborhood. Just hoping it will improve.

After my last visit, I thought I wouldnt come back (uninspiring avo-dogo salad) but my daughter insisted. The cafe is nice with beautiful artwork and friendly servers. This time, everyone was happy; I had the healthy dog (pita, hummus, sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, tomato), hubby had chili, daughter composed sandwich which essentially was a steak & cheese sandwich with veggies. In conclusion; the fries, sandwiches and chili is decent with particularly good and crispy veggies; for salads Id go to Sweet Leaf instead (better composed)

This was the first time I order food from Lost Dog Cafe on Anderson Street in McLean, VA. I ordered sandwiches and an Apollo Salad. The sandwiches were fine, however the salad was sadly to say not edible: the vegetables were not fresh; and especially the lettuce!!!! Also the vegetables werenot cut well, the chicken was old and crusty on the sides; it looked and tasted awful.. I called and shared what I experienced the apologized and would report to manager. That was their response.

No more ordering pizza from Lost Dog Cafe. We ordered their cheese steak pizza with extra roasted red peppers for $2.50 more and we barely saw three pieces of red peppers on this pizza. Also, there were exactly six pieces of meat along the edge of the pizza that were so over ooked they were dust dry. No flavor what so ever. Way over priced for what you get. Very disappointed. Also, ordered two sandwiches and not to our specifications. They have lost our business.

the cooks and food are great, however the staff that works the phones and the take out counter are very inconsistent and also do not have a good understanding of their own menu. I have in the last few weeks ordered 2 different sandwiches and asked for them to be on a sub roll instead of the pita bread and the guy assured me it wouldnt be a problem only for it to be on a pita. I called to ask what my options are and was told I would receive a gift card, never got one.
