Worst manager weve ever dealt with. A girl named Alexa put us on hold for almost 10 minutes so I called back. Then I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and I could here her and the other employees laughing in the backround. Then I hear her say, "I know that lady isnt still waiting for me on the phone." And hung up on me! Called back again and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and gave me nothing but attitude. She was being sarcastic and couldnt care less about how disrespectful she was being. Then she tried to put it off on one of her employees. So I asked for their name. She refused to give me thier name. Im guessing because there wasnt anyone else involved. She just wanted to lie her way out of being lazy and disrespectful. My whole family is military and work on the base. Im going to make sure every soldier knows how I was treated. And Im going to tell them to tell there friends and fellow soldiers too. That girl just cost Five Guys some money. When all she had to do was be polite and do her job.

The people took my order wrong . I wanted a little hamburger and got a double. The music was too loud and it was no music that an average person who is eating would enjoy hearing. The music was head banging music. You cant even hear when your order is announced unless you stand right near the counter. Theres only 1 bathroom per sex. The lids ran out . I had developed a headache by the time we left. It was too chilly in there and the fries were slightly burnt.

The one and only place I love for Burgers and Fries. Have visited both Waldorf, MD and King George, VA locations. Employees are always curtious and friendly. Five guys is the closest to the type of Burgers you make at home on your barbecue grill. They do have other food items but of course, Im a Burger and Fry guy.

2 burgers 1 of them little and 1 regular and large fries and 2 large drinks 30 dollars fries where really good but burgers not so good just plain burgers could have feed my family of 6 the same exact thing for half the price the price of the burgers are way to high for just plain no seasoning burgers

Disregard the poor review from Damien Galloway, hes the managers ex girlfriends brother, he lives in Texas and has never even been in this restaurant. Jacob and the entire staff do a wonderful job and this particular Five Guys is extremely popular in King George!

Last time there, the fries were a little undercooked. They were pretty busy, and think they just got in a little hurry. However, my wife has a gluten allergy, and they took the necessary precautions to keep her burger separated from all of the others.

I thought the service was fantastic here. The staff greets you as you walk in, and I loved it. Theres always a smile. Lunch hours are pretty busy, so carve out some time if you want to eat then. Otherwise, great establishment.

Jr bacon cheeseburger is the perfect size for dinner. Also had a regular french fry and two people could not eat all of the fries. Fries are very very good. Friendly staff but no senior citizen discounts or comps.

In my opinion, I would not recommend stopping here unless you have 20 minutes free to wait for your hamburger. The lady putting the toppings and burgers together seems very grumpy.
