Worst 5 Guys Ive ever had food from. First, what was ordered was a cheese burger, no bun, extra lettuce. What I got was a metal container with a a single meat patty in it and nothing else. Second, after the manager said they would make me a new on the next time I could make it there (as I dont live in the area) I decided to eat that one patty. It was the worst 5 Guys burger Id ever had. The cook was a certified patty masher. It was thinner on one side than the other and the whole burger had been pushed into the grill to cook it as fast as possible making it dry and crumbling. If I hadnt eaten at other 5 Guys before I certainly would be back to the chain as a whole. Instead, Ill just have to avoid this wreck of a restaurant permanently.

This was bad enough for me to write about. Every single one of the burgers we ordered were wrong. My husbands bcb, had no bacon, but were charged for it. My MILs veggies with cheese had no cheese. And my LCB with everything on it had nothing on it. Literally nothing, but the meat. By the time we got home it was too late to go back to change it. There is good news though! The lack of condiments on my burger really highlighted the fact that (at least at this location) the meat quality has really declined! It was a bland over cooked mc donalds burger.

Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger. After eating some of the sandwich, I realized the sandwich contained no bacon. I brought this attention to the manager, who proceeded to reach back into the kitchen for a couple of dry pieces of bacon and slapped it onto my sandwich. I am so thankful for this mans incredible solution. What would mankind do without a genius such as he. Sorry five guys. Im done.

The worst five guys I have ever been to. The burger was a mess, not your typical five Guys burger., The bacon was completely burnt, the entire store was empty at about 3pm when I walked in on a Thursday. The store employees kept playing around and considering their behaviour , its no surprise they prepared a mess for me. Will never visit that store again!!

Awesome burgers awesome fries. My favorite is the little cheese burger and the cajun fries. Typical wait time is around 10 minutes max.
