Everytime I go to this Cheesecake Factory the experience is now horrible. There are obviously internal issues and perhaps a turnover or attrition of personnel. It has been like this for the past few months now. Which is why we rarely visit this location. I always order the Chicken Picatta and now whomever cooks it manages to ruin it each time. sauce is overly buttery and the pasta is overcooked and kind of mushy. how can you mess up chicken and spaghetti?? The wait staff is always pleasant, but the wait for our food always takes forever at least 30min or more from when we are seated. My husband usually orders the salmon kale salad with almonds. they brought his salad with the salmon burnt and my piccata was soupy and just kind of slopped together. we sent our food back and were at the table for at least 40min before they brought both of our dishes back out. at NO TIME did any manager check on us or offer anything. I actually had to physically get up from my seat and demand to see a manager. When I finally saw one, he was very apologetic, but really didnt solve anything. there were 2 other managers on shift with him and apparently he was getting screwed because the other 2 werent doing their jobs. It is evident that they dont care about the service because this is the only Cheesecake Factory located in Woodbridge and its next to the mall so they will always get customers. Corporate needs to get involved and really look into this location and fix it. there is ALWAYS an issue when we go there and we dont go there very often anymore. There is always excellent and timely service at Carrabas which is where you can be guaranteed to get a well cooked meal and not spend 2hrs from the time you get to your table until you finally get the check. tried ordering our food to go and they still were horrible. called it in 30-40min prior. got there when it was supposed to be ready, called from the to go parking and STILL didnt get our order until 40min later. AND when I got my piccatta it was mushy, overly buttered sauce and horrible yet again. not even edible. had to throw it out. Absolutely DONE with this location. recommend customers take the extra drive elsewhere to another location.

I live about 30 minutes away so I called up ahead of time to see what the wait was. The girl on the phone said it will be 1.5 to 2 hours. I asked if I can put my name on the waiting list and she stated that they dont do that and its first come first serve. No big deal we still wanted to go. So we get there and put our names on the list. The rest of my party wanted to get some stuff from the nearby mall so I volunteered to wait by the restaurant. As Im waiting I hear other parties complain about the rudeness of the girl at the front desk thing. I think nothing of it until our 2 hours hit and we ask her how much longer is it going to be. She clearly needed an attitude adjustment (which I was ready to give but the rest of my party urged me not to) She said our table will be ready soon. 30 minutes later it was ready. We sat then ordered our drinks and appetizers. The appetizer arrived in about 5 minutes, the drinks however took about 15 minutes. We ordered our main meal and it came in a reasonable time. Everyone liked their meal. I had a steak, one member had pasta, another the Bang Bang Chicken. Then we ordered desert because when you go to The Cheesecake Factory you have to order a cheesecake. I think its a law or something. We shared 2 slices of Oreo cheesecake between the four of us and it was plenty of cheesecake. Also it was delicious. The bill came to about $200 for four people after the tip. To sum it up; - No call ahead. - Extremely long wait. - Rude front desk lady - Definition of "soon" needs to be adjusted - Good food - Longer than average wait on drinks - Delicious cheesecake

On 8/15 my boyfriend and I visited this Cheesecake Factory and were very dissatisfied with the level of service that we received that evening. As frequent visitors of Cheesecake Factory, we usually order the same meals each time. After placing our orders and waiting for a few moments, we were surprised when our waitress returned to inform us that my boyfriend was unable to order his usual Firecracker Salmon due to lack of necessary ingredients in the kitchen. As a result, he was left with no choice but to find another menu item to order (on top of the bread not coming out until just moments before our actual meals arrived at the table). We moved past this situation however, as we concluded our meals, our server returned to our table with take-out boxes but forgot to bring out our check until about 20 minutes later when we had to flag him down at another table and remind him that we never received it. We are big fans of Cheesecake Factory and visit these restaurants frequently for lunch and dinner however Saturdays service was by far the worst experience we have ever run into here. I do understand that weekends can tend to be a bit busy but we felt like our table was often times overlooked which is not something we commonly run into here. Hopefully next time will be better.

Went here for the first time on 11/28/14 and was the worst experience ever. Not only were the mexican chicken lettuce wrap tacos dry and lacked any type of flavor, the red velvet cheesecake was mediocre, at best. When I called, an hour after picking up my order to complain. I was instantly offered my money back. The manager I spoke with lacked the business/ customer service skills to offer me a replacement/gift card, all he asked was if I payed with a credit card and immediately said he could refund it. Is the idea not to keep your customers? Is my business this unimportant to you that you would rather give me $15 back and keep it moving? The biggest annoyance is that after being told I would recieve a refund in 3 days, it is now 7 days later and i have not seen it. Will never come here again, and if by chance i do, will not pay with card!!!!

The service was terrible - 1/2 hour wait for a sandwich and a salad. When the food did arrive it was almost inedible - my meat was burned as was the bread - right to a crisp. There was no dressing on the salad. The hot tea was cold. Had to make three requests for milk for the tea. When we attempted to discuss this with the manager she became rude and hostile. Instead of attempting to address the problem she added gasoline to the fire and began attacking us. She is such a poor manager! That is the reason why the staff spends their time joking and talking instead of getting the food to the customers. This review is for The Cheesecake Factory in Fair Oaks Shopping Center. I hope the other restaurants in this chain do a better job. Stay away from this one!

Recently visited with 7 people in my family and they tried to seat us at a table with four chairs, then told ud wed have to wait another 30 minutes for a booth or bigger table. Meanwhile, smaller families that arrived after us were seated at bigger tables. After 15 minutes or so of conversation with the manager they seated us at a bigger table. Then, the manager spoke to our server. Our service was the slowest, the food was terrible, the wait staff had a crappy attitude and they continued to give us smug remarks even on our way out. What a terrible staff, all because we asked for a bigger table. This dining experience sucked.
