I Ordered online to save time. When I arrived, there werent many people there but the staff was EXTREMELY slow. I waited at the pickup counter and no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes even after waving at any staff that looked my way. I was finally told to go to the cashier, but she kept leaving for some unknown task. I finally threw my hands up in disgust and left without my food. I went to Sams Club and purchased a much larger and cheaper rotisserie chicken minus the sides for $4.99, and was in and out in 5 minutes. Word of advice to Boston Market. At one time you were the only guy in town, but now rotisserie chicken is available everywhere. Your services are slow and lackadaisical. No one even answers the phone at your store. You are showing the signs of a once mighty hardware store in this area called Hechingers who fell by the wayside of Home Depot and Lowes because of lack of help and bad service. You now will suffer the same fate. I will not be dining at your restaurants ever again.

Ive eaten here many times before (8-10 times in the past year) and have never had a negative thought/comment about the food at this location until tonight (6 Jan 11). I ordered the family meal for 4 (rotisserie chicken, roasted red potatoes, creamy spinach, corn, Mac-n-cheese and muffins). The food was horrible. The Mac-n-cheese was salty and the pasta was under cooked, the potatoes were under cooked and the cornbread muffins were gritty. Apparently, this place is under new management/has a new crew - BLUF, the cooks need additional training. If I hadnt spent 1.5 hours in traffic and I didnt live so far, I would return the food, request a full refund and vow never to return to this place again. Signed, Dissatisfied Customer

Went to drive thru and not happy with the service Jason gave. Could not give me a list of drinks when asked what they had. Just said coke products ok does that mean I know what coke products are. Was it to much to just give me the list of drinks. Come to find out coke products is not the only drinks they have. Did not give me utensils or straws for my food or drinks. Had to go inside to get it. No apology for the mistake when I went inside to get the utensils and straws when informed of theremistake. the food is good not the service or the people working in the evening shift.

Lets eat chicken noodle soup! Oh theres no chicken noodle soup anymore... At 6:30pm... Seriously?! And the waitress is like she doesnt even care... So lets have chicken, pasta and spinach... The size of the piece of chicken is ridiculously small and obviously not fresh at all. At some point you stop eating your pasta and your spinach when you are scared to be sick. Yes bubble of soap is not what you expect to find in your pasta... I understand why we were there only customers in the food court.

Im really starting to wonder if theyre selling pigeon. How is it that costco and bjs sell pterodactyls for $5 and Boston market sells something pigeon size and I dont mean the NY pigeons I mean anorexic dont feed the birds pigeons. The gravy isnt gravy is brown juice. The mac n cheese soup is ok. When youre forced to have it dont go hungry or youll spend a leg, thigh and both breast.

We were in line at the drive thru for more than 40 minutes. Got to the ordering machine and it appeared to be broken, there was a caution tape around it and no voice heard from the staff so we assumed it was broken. Then we get to the window and the guy was politely rude and appeared to be in a rush and his body language was basically insulting. So done with this place...

Unbelievable I stopped here a few months past and they where out of chicken. So I decided to give them another chance. What do know? Same store same people and they are out of chicken again. My only question is why isnt someone out of a job. If you in the business of serving chicken and you run out of that product you deserve to go out of business.

Repeated bad service: they argue about what side you can have with your meal and repeatedly weve have had to throw food away that was dried out. Then they never want to fully remedy the situation. This is without a doubt the worst Boston market Ive ever been to despite repeated changes in management .

They were out of two things we asked for. The guy barely spoke and was severely severely lacking in customer service skills. We sat down at two different tables and they were both disgusting and covered in macaroni.
