The food is always cooked like I asked. Most times its quick enough. Ive never waited, starving & ignored, like some other places. It is clean as far as I can see. When my kids order, they are patient & kind. Thats with the 15yr old & my 6yr old. When my son visits from the Army, he likes to go here for a decent meal. They are very respectful to him and he had no complaints. My husband is a health nut, and he plans, measures, & cooks every. However, when he feels like being a normal, junk food loving American (jk,jk!) -he will get a small burger from here. Ive eaten at Five Guys all around. The last one before Woodbridge was located in CT. They were a bit more sloppy when they packed the food. My kids miss being able to throw the peanut shells on the floor in CT. I made them crack the nuts on a napkin & clean it up. They watched all the other customers do it. once in a blue, Anyway, Five Guys certainly beats MickyDs (YUCK) day of the week! The restrooms are fairly clean, as well.

I am giving 5 stars. There were issues with soda. It was flat and diet coke was coming out of far left coke dispenser. Contacted a young lady ( assume manager, if not she should be*) she came right out, agreed 100% that wrong product and was flat. Made an adjustment. Had more bubbles and I went to sprite. I would suggest getting your supplier in and recalibrate mix, running a little off. All staff were clean, polite and friendly! Please look into and address issues and I will be more than happy to return.

I have been eating at this five guys several times over the last couple of months with my family. After the second visit they had my order memorized. The service has always been exceptional. The burgers and fries are delicious and you definitely get your moneys worth of food. Is is espicially great that the opperate on the KISS mentality (Keep It Simple Stupid) there might not be lots of options for the main course but there are thousands of toppings for your Burger or hotdogs.

Lots of friendly employees serving delicious food! Parking can be a bit of a challenge during busy times. There is a single entrance into the parking lot in front of the store. The store is clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms are roomy. It is a pleasure to eat there.

Fast and friendly staff which includes nice atmosphere for a fast food burger joint. The fries are good, but not great. The burgers are def the draw. Double burger with your choice of a plethora of different toppings allows you to customize to your taste buds desire.

One of the best burgers I ever tasted. Unfortunately, they were priced right out of their own market, as the local clientele just cant afford $6-7 burgers on a regular basis. It is a shame, I loved this place.

This Five Guys is under new management, but still has the same great service. Parking is a little tight, but you can usually find a spot. The crew got my order wrong last time, but that is atypical.

3 times in a row they have gotten my order wrong. I shouldnt have to inspect my burger to make sure they havent messed it up or left something off (but still charged me $$$)
