Had a terrible experience tonight. My wifes order was late to the table and when it came it was wrong (manager agreed it was wrong) and had to be remade. Worst part is when I asked for a discount, the manger complained that he served us many times before and that we always had a problem and asked for free food. I never met this guy before and first time I asked for anything free (at any restaurant). I cant even remember a time we have ever complained at a Fridays and I considered this location the best one. This manager was very disrespectful and embarrassed me and my family, and we were celebrating my wifes birthday to boot. He ultimately comped my wifes entree, but this made me never want to eat at this location ever again. I dont know the managers name but we finished our food at 10:45 8-26-2016. I hope someone from management sees this comment and fix this issue. No manager should ever speak to a customer in this way and in all my years Ive never been spoken to that way at a restaurant by a manager. Also to be clear, my family and I were very respectful and easy to talk to, dont know why it came to this.

This is in response to Ahmad. I dont how you think the two correlate; To say some European guy served you. And then there were online transactions in Denmark. First off. 5 on 40 is unacceptable. Especially if u have been sitting in someones section during an entire soccer game. Do you realize we make 2.15 an hour. If u sit in out our section for 2 hours and leave 5, we make 9.30 in those 2 hours. Due to your ignorance in this aspect of life, I will also then assume that you probably arent the smartest online shopper, or banker for that matter. As an employee of fridays in Tysons. I will tell you that we have no one from Denmark. We do have a couple Russians working here, tho. Most people think they sound European. It is unfortunate you were a victim of credit card fraud. But to accuse a business of something like that, is just irresponsible.

REALLY BAD SERVICE THE LATIN MANAGER AND A LATIN SERVER WOMAn WERE COMPLAINING WITH ME BC THE DRINK TASTED LIKE WATER NOT LIKE THEIR OTHER RESTAURANTS THEY TOLD ME THE DRINK WAS GOOD AND IT WASNT THE LATIN SERVER WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE I WAS CALLING HER AND I HAD TO GO TO THE KITCHEN FOR MY OWN DRESSINGS DO NOT EAT HERE THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS DISGUSTING SOO BAD THEY HAVE THAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES IN THIS RESTAURANT RUDE AND MEAN AND THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFULL BUT THAT IS IT...and at the end asked for a bayleis and its a shame a shot goes in the big glass where the baileys is server on the rocks ....the latin woman manager put that on the table and told me is how it comes...shame because i worked at the bar loui and a shot never comes in a big glass

so you gotta stay away from this bar attender Grant,he gave us terrible service the first time as he was having worst day of his life showing attitude to us and smiling at the women next to us.Me and my buddy we didnt care much about this Jerk. we were lucky to get his evil looks the second time and same exact face of not wanting to even serve us.He did the same exact thing of showing no care attitude and will pass smiles to the women.We like to hang out after work for cocktails and the food is good and all that but if you are a black or brown skin men check him out,This guy single handedly is bringing this place down.

The Customer is Never Right For a service industry operations, these folks lack any sort of customer service. It is the main reasons I do not like to eat in chain stores. The server couldnt order me a Dark Beer Craft sampler because his tablet couldnt support that request. My wife wanted to try a chicken and beef sampler but they staffer couldnt assist because his tablet, again, didnt offer that as a selection. The location is great but this corporate blindness in regards to being able to tweak ones order ensures I shall never return. An added item: there was no one else in the restaurant.

The ONLY reason I give it 5 stars is because of the bartender. MAKE SURE you ask for John at the bar, he and ONLY he will take care of you. The other girl, Desiree is TERRIBLE--screws up our orders and drinks every time! Too busy talking and flirting with all the guys that come to the bar, while ignoring women! Shame on you! Meanwhile, John makes up for it. I literally see him constantly moving, working, CLEARLY to make up for what she doesnt do, --does this guy have time to use the bathroom??! Thanks, John! I will be back because of you.

I used to come here EVERY weekend with a minimum of 15 friends, thats how much fun it was. They had great service, food/drink specials, friend service and management until the new company or corporation or WHOEVER took over. After that, it was ALL downhill. Food taste went bad along with the prices, the servers uniform and behavior had to tighten up(no occassional "on the house drinks") and so forth which kills the vibe that TGIF used to stand for. Never thought Id say this but I hope TGIF tysons goes out soon, its become a waste of space.

Had a wonderful experience! I generally do not post comments, even for great service (which should be the standard at all establishments), but in this case, Ill make an exception. My waitress, Gianna, was extremely courteous and displayed immeasurable amounts of patience with me, my son, and daughter. I visit this location often, and although, Ive never had a bad waitress, but I never had an exceptional one either, until now. I will request her from now on! Shes truly what every custom should experience in a dining experience.

Just tried to eat there with the family. The high chair was broken, easily remedied. You may want to check that as it is a liability. We were there for about 20 minutes and we were never even greeted. It was not busy and there were empty tables in the restaurant. Not dead either. Prime time for dining, 6pmish.This is a pure failure of the entire wait staff and management. Anyone of which could have greeted our table. It is restaurant 101. If I wasnt pressed for time I would have asked for the corporate #.

The Food truly earned the 3rd star. The Jack Daniel Salmon was great, as usual. The hostess was a tad bit narrow minded when it came to me choosing where I wanted to sit, the waitress was ok and the manager did come around to inquire about our dining experience. However, the gnats (bug problem) was disappointing, my boyfriend and I were constantly trying to defend our personal space during the meal while Fridays was aware of the bug problem but only offered a sub-par excuse and an unwanting grin.

Went here 8/10/14 with two friends. Two of us got the sizzling chicken and shrimp while the other got Fridays Shrimp. The chicken was sub-par but the shrimp was SO terrible and possibly so old that it caused my friend and i to get really bad stomach aches which eventually caused my friend to go see the doctor because his stomach was hurting so bad into the next day. Never coming back. One of the worst food experiences of my life.
