I recently started doing the online ordering from there. First off I found out that they charge a $1.00 extra just to put ketchup on your food when asked. They call that a specialty order...WHAT???? I remembered when I first ordered online and there was a difference in what the price online said then what was actually charged. I chalked it up too maybe I ordered from the wrong online site. that has happened to me. So today I ordered and the woman calls to get clarity on the order and that is what I found out about that STUPID rule. A $1.00 FOR KETCHUP??????? Also I ordered Shrimp low mein and it was horrible. The woman on the phone had attitude and I told her I will NEVER order from there EVER again and she didnt even care that I said that, she seemed so unbothered! We have to STOP allowing these kind of practices to happen. NOT COOL!

I really highly recommend this Chinese restaurants to others. Especially the Mala chicken and wonton soup because the broth for the soup tastes fresh and tastes like real chicken broth unlike other places. They have very good food and nice service here. They also have traditional Chinese food :) not just american Chinese food. As a American Chinese I am picky with Chinese food because some of the food tastes different or it tastes bad but this Chinese restaurant is great.

Food is okay, but the customer service is horrible. Whoever heard of a Chinese food delivery that wasnt delivery? They never ever bring my food to my door let alone my stairs. Horrible, and when I called and asked why this happens to me every time they said because I wasnt disabled and it wasnt her job!!!!??? NEVER again!

4 1/2 stars, was recently recommended Belmont Dragon by a friend. Food was surprisingly good. Now I get lunch from them at least twice a week on my way to work. Friendly staff, and they are just a few blocks from my job. My only complaint is that they get very busy on the weekends, everything else is a thumbs up!

this place makes the wort food ever. makes me throw up. and when im done with my food i dont feel good. worst place to get food from. if you are looking to buy food from china go to the one in prospect park, that food does not make you throw up. and there chicken and rice is 1000x better then this.

Great Food and Service the food is always fresh and on time! My kids love their food its the only place Theyll eat from and that says a lot because they are very picky eaters! Also when I pick up food the girls are super nice and sweet and the owner as well!!! I recommend The food 100%%%%

I ordered chicken and broccoli and it smelled like seafood and tasted like crappie. I asked the lady to change it and she flips out on me. I finally had to go down there when she called her father out and he yells at me.. I was very nice and that point just wanted a refund

First off they over price. I asked for a side of shrimp and broccoli gravy and they wanted to charge me 1.25 extra. Mind you they BARELY put any gravy in the shrimp and broccoli....very upset and wasted my money. I will never eat from here again

I was SO disappointed in my shrimp fried rice! I had eaten here before on a visit a few years earlier and it was good but the rice 6 and tea was a huge let down. The chicken wings were the only good thing.
