This was the worst experience at Olive Garden so far. I actually felt bad for the manager that was on duty. Every time I saw him, he was telling another crew member to get to work. It started when we walked in and he came around the corner to see three servers and a busser talking and he had to tell them to get into the kitchen and run food. We should have taken that as a sign and left because service was terrible. It took our server George almost 5 minutes to get to the table. When he finally did come and asked for out drinks, it took another 5 mintues for him to come back with two sodas. It never got better. We ordered the new fried shrimp appetizer and a combo appetizer with Calamari and Stuffed Mushrooms. The shrimp was delicious, but the calamari was overcooked and terrible. The mushrooms were cold, undercooked and watery. When we told this to George after he finally checked back, he seemed like he didnt care so we asked for the manager. He came promptly and was very apologetic, offering a replacement and when we declined told us it would be taken off the check (which it was). He genuinely seemed sorry. The eggplant parmesan we ordered was equally as terrible. It was 4 round discs of what appeared to be thinly shaved eggplant coated in breading so thick it tasted like eating the skin on fried chicken. The chicken scampi was the exact opposite, though. This was the first time weve been back in almost a year. It will be more than that before I consider trying it again.

Twice our order was misplaced or was given to someone else and we had to wait for a long time for them to make it again. The last time the waiter was very rude and made us feel like he didnt want us there. One of us ordered an item and he said another dishs name while he wrote it down. I pointed out that my friend didnt want what he wrote down and corrected him. The waited gave a "dont teach me the menu" look and said it is the same. All of us started complaining and in the middle of us talking, he went to the last person for his order - ignoring our complaints! Then my friend pointed out with his finger what he wanted and still he said it is the same dish. Finally he agreed it was not the same after reading it for the first time and mumbled an apology. When the check came we asked him to split. This time he gave a "dont give me a hard time" look and said you should have told it before bringing the check. No waiter has declined to split a check before this incident. To be fair, other waiters were really nice. The food was just OK. Bread is too salty, maybe thats how it is supposed to be!? I dont know. If I can avoid, I would avoid this place!

I have been going to this restaurant for a good 10 years. It used to be better than it is now, much better! Yesterday, there was a very unfortunate incident. I was there w/ a business associate for a late afternoon lunch and a woman at the bar took offense that my lunch partner answered a phone call. She asked that I tell my partner to turn her phone off, which I gestured that I would. When I didnt, she started getting loud, using profanities, calling me an "illegal Obama vote" who should be thrown out of the country and saying that she would beat me up when I gave her the "Talk to the Hand" gesture. She may have been drunk or on drugs, I dont know, but It was very unsettling. The management seemed confused and unsure of how to handle it. Very poorly trained, I guess. I demanded that the offensive woman be escorted out, which they did not do. My friend and I ended up getting up and leaving. Never to return!

I went there last weekend. The first time. I am trying to upload the picture I took. My fiance and I went in thinking okay we will have some dinner yada yada yada not a big deal. I order pasta and she order like a pork sausage soup with black pepper in it. She took one bite then before she got to the second she looked closely and noticed one of the black peppers didnt look like a black pepper floating. She picked it up with the spoon and it was a black ant clear as day. I am glad I didnt throw up or she didnt. So that tells me several things. There kitchen is dirty and and bugs are infested or they intentionally put it in. I think the place is riddle with ants and bugs. I mean it was our first time. We left immediately. I will post the picture when my android phone acts right. It wont upload. Do not believe the older reviews. This place is disgusting. If you want to eat bugs then go ahead fine by me.

We are frequent Olive Garden patrons, but will never return to this location. We enjoy the food, but go for the service weve always received. This was NOT the case at this location. We were impressed by the layout and size of the restaurant, as well as the decor. Once we sat down, we couldnt wait to leave. The two times we saw the waitress, she didnt say anything but a word or two ("ready?", "check?"). We werent even offered wine - she just snatched our glasses off the table. We waited a good 15 minutes after we finished eating (sitting there with empty drink glasses and plates) just to get our check - we had planned on getting dessert but had already been there over an hour for salad and dinner. We both felt we might have received better service if we were Spanish.

My friends and I waited about 25 minutes to be seated, but it was no problem because we had a very nice experience at the bar. Our waiter was great with suggestions, and was super fast delivering the breadsticks and salad, as well as drink refills. I had a Burritto which was a decent size portion that included unique flavors. The classic Olive Garden salad was great and believe me you can get filled up just eating the sald and breadsticks alone. The price for everything was very reasonable, and we could not have been happier. This Olive Garden was exactly what we were looking for. The people who actually delivered the food to our table was attentive as well. I know for sure that my friends and I will be back to this location soon.

The food was great but Im not sure what was wrong with my waiter. His name is Wahid. I think he needs some more training or to find a different job. He never refilled my water, I was sitting there thirsty the whole time...he forgot to order a coke which I had to ask him twice about, and he forgot to order our appetizer. He never apologized when I mentioned it to him or even acknowledged that he forgot. The only time he said sorry is when he overheard me complaining to my friend. This was not a busy time and there were only 2 at my table. I was in an Olive Garden in Montana and it was a great experience with enthusiastic servers. They need to do the same thing in Tysons Corner VA, one of the wealthiest places in the United States.
