Ok, I get the point about not wanting people to stay for too long. Makes total sense. HOWEVER: this Panera is taking it WAY TOO FAR. They are actively driving away the traveling business crowd. (Yes, that would be me) Theyve covered or cut power to all the plugs except two in the back, neither of which has a plate cover. Scary. They also have the heat cranked way up. I was sweating just walking to my seat. There are other Paneras nearby, so youd think theyd be trying to stay competitive. Heres a few novel suggestion for satisfying all your customers: 1) Turn the heat down! 2) put back the outlets and use timer circut ($30 @ Home Depot) to only supply power to them off peak. (I know a good electrician...) In conjunction with limiting WiFi access, which most Paneras already do, this will force the bums (like me) who dont have a good battery to either stop working and actually eat something or pack up and ship out.

I frequently go to different Panera locations from Near me to 30 miles away I am very pleased with the quality of service But staff at this location Pike & Plaza are disorganized and slow. However this is not the reason for my review . I had Guest for New year day brunch and purchased bagels from this location I asked the person who was selling me to slice the bagels, when I got home the bagels were mutilated by lack of attention to slicing could not separate slices because they were irregular and out of shape I had to go to another bakery in a rush to get bagels

I used to eat here frequently, three times in the last month and a half theyve gotten my order wrong. One time they gave me the entirely incorrect sandwich. Theyre new register people have a terrible grasp of English, and you have to repeat what you want constantly to get your point across (and they still get it wrong!). Would not recommend this Panera. Avoid it if you can.

This place sucks. At 8pm , I waited over 15 minutes for them to make a latte with no line and other people got their food. Had to get a refund on a latte. They had no sense of customer service or urgency. They also have the nerve to askif you want to give a tip on the credit card machine, before you even know how the service is. Wont be back!

Ordered on the kiosk by the counter and literally 20-25people got their orders before us, all of which were after us. Further, shouldnt a coffee place make sure their coffee is filled and not have the people waiting forever for their food wait for their coffee, after not getting them their drinks in time. Never here again.

Cant go wrong at Panera. Good food, good variety of choices. Went with the tomato mozzarella flatbread and the summer corn chowder this trip. Filling and tasty. Even splurged on one of their desserts, some crazy muffin that set back all the good I did with the main meal. Great spot for lunch

Staff is always very attentive to customers and going the extra mile to help those in need ( folks with elder parents, small kid, etc)....This coupled with the great food and service even during rushes is why this location is my favorite Panera in the DMV.

They dont have sweet tea. They recently handed my salad to someone else, and today they did a beautiful job of ignoring the only customer at the register until that customer gave up and walked away. Spoiler alert: I was that customer. No Sweet Tea!

Food is highly overrated. A lot of it is frozen food reheated. The bakery items are above average but nothing spectacular. The internet at this location is horribly slow, worse than dialup and practically unusable.

Panera is one of my fave spots to eat. This one was clean, fast and big enough where I found a seat...as its always an issue finding a place to sit! Friendly staff and lots of parking in the shopping center.

Just purchased a cookie that cost me two dollars it is 8 PM and it is hard as a rock at some point in time during the day when they get like that they should be thrown in the trash not sold to customers
