I LOVE Bon Chon chicken but this location is way too small and it takes FOREVER to get your food even if you call it in 30 min ahead of time. They just can not keep up with the demand. I have been to several other Bon Chon locations and never had this problem. Hopefully they can find a bigger location in the Herndon/Reston area. I will most definitely not be coming back to this one.

Bulgogi was very good. I liked the bulgogi wrap, and bulgogi dinner. The wings are also delicious. I try wings at different places and these are very tasty. They are moist on the inside, crispy on the outside with a unique flavored hot/spicy sauce that is very delicious. I ordered take out, but when I arrived had no wait or quick service.

Great food and service. I ordered the chicken wings and edamame. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the skin was light and crispy. I found out from the manager that all food is prepared fresh daily. They only buy enough for one day and hand prepare all servings. A truly enjoyable dining experience from a woman - managed small business.

Great Korean BBQ chicken. Super spicy, and their other dishes are good too. If youre with a group, go ahead and just order a large plate of wings and split the bill, its cheaper than getting individual dishes.

Great chicken, although the quality can be variable. Huge wings with juicy meat and crispy and chewy skin. The flavor profile is very Asian, so youll still crave the occasional BWW, but place has amazing wings.

I love BonChon, but this is the worst one Ive ever been to. The chicken was overcooked, like it was from yesterday and recooked today. The most dried wings Ive ever had. I will never return to this location.

Chicken was super crispy, highly recommend the garlic soy sauce flavor, the spicy is legit spicy so be prepared. Dont miss the pickled daikon it was a delicious way to cool down the spice of the chicken.
