When I go to McDonald for one Burger it takes them 30 second to 1 minute...go to taco bell for one taco and it takes 30 minutes to make?...little ass kids jumping over the counter when people are waiting for just one taco and very rude and disrespectful and to top it off I drove away slowly and look at what took them so long and some boy gave me a dirty look like I did something wrong???....best believe I will be going to Chambersburg or Carlisle from now on. Stop hiring kids and start hiring grow mature adults!

love KFC one of my all-time favorite fast food franchises. Very friendly servers however ordering through the drive-through took approximately 16 minutes to get a chicken tender go cup period which is two chicken tenders and a handful of potato wedges an a convenient cup style dish. Fairly simple and easy to make I assume. Not sure if it was the lack of Staff or the fact that no one knew what they were doing but I was very frustrated when I left.

Employees are always very nice its the product that is sub standard, chicken is very small and the bones are broken alot and its the only K.F.C that I have been at that doesnt let you choose different sides with your combo meal

Kfc in shippensburg gell off dramatically. My georgia gold chicken was so dry I drove back across town just for more sauce and the chicken zinger sandwich for $5 was basically a tender hidden in a bun.

Very bad. Always running out of something thats on the menu. How do you run out of chicken wings in a restaurant that key produce is chicken. This is not the first time. Current management need to go!!

Service isnt that great, staff is not very friendly and usually too busy talking to the friends instead of doing their job, and they seem to run out of chicken a lot, since it is a chicken restaurant
