Upon entering I noticed the lobby to be somewhat empty with just a family of 4 sitting and eating. That somewhat empty lobby was filthy. Food on tables, trash on floor, just gross. I went to the counter where I was greeted by a young man who did have patience with me as I was trying to figure out how much food I should order for the amount of people I was serving. I knew I wanted a bucket of some kind but the 12pc bucket was over $30 dollars! What?! I then started to figure out which of the lesser combo packs I could get for a good price. I decided with the #5 (5 pc w/ 2 sides and a drink) chose my pieces and sides accordingly and ordered an additional drink. When I received my receipt, the young man had entered the #4 but reassured me that I was to receive 5 pieces. I went to the drink fountain to fill up my drinks and was met with a dirty counter and super sticky mat! Yuck! There were lids everywhere, an opened bag of lids, and spills all over the counter. I went to grab straws at another counter and noticed the same thing. Trash on the counter along with an unorganized mess. I got my food in an orderly amount of time and left. I write this review as I returned to my car. For $15+ I will be taking my lunch cravings somewhere else. Sorry, Popeyes.

Picking up food for my workers the other day, the cashier failed to hand me a receipt or my change, i drove back after noticing only to learn their manager apparently is only there for the first two hours of opening. They wouldnt check the camera footage and told me to come back tomorrow in the morning (Without stating any sort of range of time the manager would be available, just to come by "Some time" in the morning). I will not be going back here to buy food for work sites, nor to buy food for myself. The fact that a store possibly stole from a customer and isnt willing to be helpful about it is beyond me. Ill hopefully be contacting their corporate supervisors soon.

The chicken may taste very good, but when the incompetent employees dont include fries that come with a meal, give you a half full coleslaw, red beans instead of the green beans I ordered, no dipping sauce for the 8 piece chicken fingers, and most of the chicken fingers were over cooked, so hard a knife wouldnt cut them, also over charged for the meal. Also charged $0.57 for ESF what ever that is. I called them but they hung up on me 3 times, then would not answer the phone. I loved their chicken and onion rings, but after this visit I will never go back. I was charged over $28 for a meal my family could NOT eat.

Would have been 5 stars but... Unfortunately, sometimes when I get home I dont have the right amount of chicken. That has happened more times than Id like, considering the fact that Popeyes is not a cheap take out option. Ive returned home to find 2 or 3 pieces missing from a 16-piece box. Its happened to me and my husband so no ones eating in the car lol. I would advise checking before walking out the door. I must add that the place is always a mess not sure how people eat their... in the employees defense theyre always really busy. Which says a lot because their food is always great, missing a couple pieces or not.

Poor customer service along with other inconveniences. There would be times where they would close earlier than posted times and would just run out of fries. There was one time in which I was told they only accepted cash and so on. Not the best Popeyes in the area, Im possitive I have not been the only one who has had a bad experience this.

Ive been here quite a few times since its the closest one to me. I always get good chicken, good fries, and extra gravy with my potatoes as I always ask. I havent had a problem with the employees or getting sick from the food (chicken, potatoes, shrimp). Then again, I always treat the employees with the same kind of respect I expect.

It was disgusting. There was a fly in my mash potatoes. I called to let them know, I didnt want my money back or anything but just to give them some feedback, the manager got offensive. She wanted me to go back to show her the fly. I was not going to waste my time going back there let alone to show her a fly.

Have you even been to Popeyes? If not I cant imagine what kind of person you are, probably healthier, but all you need to know is that they make fried chicken here. And if you like fried chicken and have not yet tasted the awesomeness that is Popeyes, then do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Horrible experience my first and last time here. Had some Spanish kid take my orde acting all childish with his co worker throwing napkins at each other at the drive thru window. And the speaker had ton of feedback noise I could hardly him over his accent. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Popeyes is Popeyes no matter where you go, that is the point of a franchise. If you choose to go here do not expect to "pop" in or get friendly service. This has always been the slooowest Popeyes on the planet. The service is not unfriendly but definately not polite or attentive.

I really like their spicy chicken and theyve been running a coupon that is great when we get together on Sunday for football games weve used a coupon on several occasions theyve been running it for a month or two now and its worked out perfectly for are football gatherings

Great atmosphere and decor - unfortunately thats the only positives for this location. My family and I (wife and 2 little kids) got sick after eating the shrimp basket. This will be the first and last Popeyes excursion for us.

The Popeyes across from manaport plaza sucks food awful ,prices high for small parts and customer service is horrific. Please dont print waste your time.also saw mice droppings where straws and napkins ,REAL DIRTY RESTAURANT

Food was good, but the pricing was really high. A combo was over $10, thats not fast food, you might as well be at a sit-down restaurant. The sides are almost $3 for a very small portion of rice and beans, dirty rice, etc.

I go here b/c its the only Popeyes near us. I eat there sparingly b/c last time I think I got spoiled rice. It was ok the first day but day 2 it was totally sour. Chicken/Fish are usually on the money though.

Another terrible experience. Idk if chickens have been shrinking this year but I got 2 drum sticks the size of a ketchup packet yes a ketchup packet damnit. I have a photo and everything its crazy.

When it comes to business, service is important, I went here a few times, the service here is terrible. I do NOT recommend this place. From now on I rather drive further if I want to eat popeyes.

Coming from Louisiana, I was so happy to see one of the staples here. Love how fresh and hot it is. There isnt anything I dont like about Popeyes! Love that chicken from Popeyes!
