I usually love Popeyes Chicken, who am I kidding, I love Popeyes chicken. Lately when I go to this location the chicken is overcooked and dry. It still tastes good mind you, but its very dry... not at all juicy the way fried chicken should be. The biscuts are dry as well but etible. Everything else was fine as always. My real issue with this location is that every time they advertise their Raspberry and cream cheese pies they never have them... an I mean NEVER. No matter what time a day you go they always claim to be out already. How is that even possible when theyre a franchise and these things are shipped out frozen and ready to cook to order. Unless this location is only willing to order less than they should in order to accommedate their customers. I was even told once that Id have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook.. an obvious deterent for me not to want to wait it out since my food would be cold once they were done. This is very irritating to say the least. If a fast food place is going to advertise something these franchise locations should be willing to purchase the items for their locations. Who is running these places if they are allowing their product to go out the door overcooked, and not supplying their patrons with what they advertise?

Visited this restaurant on 11/01 and I cant believe that this restaurant is in the middle of a renovation while serving food! The renovation was being done above the registers/chicken. While placing our order dust started falling from the ceiling onto everything! As we cancelled our order after seeing dust fall from the ceiling the employee stated the chicken is in the back aka behind a piece of plastic not covered on the other side. Im sure this is not sanitary and if the health department knew theyll shut this restaurant down.

Eaten here about 3 times. Each time wasnt bad. The most recent time I asked for a 4 Piece Combo with Cajun Fries and a biscuit. It was surprisingly good. They asked if I wanted sauce and I asked for suggestions and they said they liked the Blackened Ranched - which was delicious really. I was given napkins without asking, sauce by suggestion. Service was good. The 4 Piece combo was good as well. They serve Coke Products and have a couple of sauces to choose from, one being Blackened Ranch, BBQ, and I am sure some others.

Ive been I some not so good restaurants and i rarely eat at Popeyes but this location is the WORST in Stafford County. Each time Ive come to this particular Popeyes, there is always a long line, chicken is never ready and management just stays in the office. Coming up i worked at a Popeyes so i know a thing or two. This location seriously needs the GM to oversee and get things straight. But i must say the worker are very polite thats why i rate this location at 3, otherwise it would be a 1 star.

Ive come to this place for years and it wasnt until the last couple of months that Ive noticed an increase in poor service. They shut off the fryers 35 minutes before close and couldnt make any fries or chicken strips. The manager on duty then proceeded to lie to me and say that it takes them over an hour to turn the fryer back on. Do we live in the 1930s? An hour for a fryer? She refused to serve me so Im refusing to ever return.

I have attempted to eat there 7 times while working in Quantico and will never waste my time trying again.4 times I went in for lunch and they did not have available the chicken I was looking for and the last time yesterday I stood in line for 15 minutes with a single person in front of me and 4 people working behind the counter and could not get service.

This is by far the rudest restaurant I have ever been to. Every single time they just treat you like crap, which is sad because the food is good. It is so bad here that I travel to the location on route 17 because they are usually somewhat friendlier. Really they should be ashamed to treat customer like they do.

Food is good here. Blackened ranch is awesome. Prices just went up significantly and nothing else has improved so i will definitely not visit here as often as I have been. Many other places to go for a better meal for the same price.

I love Popeyes, but not this one. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from their chicken earlier this week and we are both still getting over it. Probably not going there anytime soon.

Ordering is quick and its usually clean...but man oh man, the food is usually old and just not on par with the Fredericksburg Rt.3 store.

The food isnt very fresh here. Make sure you complain. They will give you fresh. Employees seem polite though.
