So I go to the drive thru at 10:08pm, 22 minutes before closing time. I ask for a 3pc box and the guy says dark or white meat? I say dark.. he says actually we only have white. I say fine, white then... he says actually we only have wings. I say seriously, you only have wings? He says yes. I say well can you give me more than 3 wings, he says yes. I say I mean for the same price he says yes and asks me how many I want, 4? 5? I say 5 wings... he says Ill give you 4. I say why did you offer me 5 then? He says I didnt, I asked. At this point Im tired of this person toying with me so I leave. Is it worth it to lose a client for a chicken wing? It is for KFC.

Ordered grilled chicken and it was baked instead. Skin was burnt black in places and chicken so dry you could could not even chew it. Gave my 8 pc dinner to my dog except yhe vegetables. I am adding this location to my worst KFC list which includes West End drive and the VERY WORST , Patterson Ave just west of Parham, location. What a shame to get food like this when you counting on a good fast meal. Also took over 25 minutes from ordering at drive through. Waited 12 minutes at drive thru before ordering. I hope Corporate knows their employees are gonna run them straight out of business. I am done with KFC!

This particular KFC is above most of the KFCs I have eaten at in the past. The people here are extremely friendly and also very accommodating with your order. The food comes out fresh and hot. However, I think the KFC restaurants need to change. They use to have napkins, Salt & Pepper at the tables. Now, the have the Napkins in one singler place, and you have to ask for Salt & Pepper. This is very stupid. On a final thought, I do pass one KFC on Broad St. near the West Tower Theater, as the people who work there care less if you are satisfied as a customer. They really are the worst‼️

Last night was horrible at 9:30pm. First of all no lights was on in parking lot, that should gave me a warning,but in the store it was. I went to door, and 1 employee said drive thur inside was closed. Then order taker said yes we open, I place order first no mashed potatoes, then no extra crispy chicken just orginal. I said OK, remind you I set 15mins. Got home the chicken was overcooked and burnt it look like it extra crispy not orginal wHich said it want none, i believe they taken old cHicken recook it and served it. Horrible service.

normally dont take the time to write reviews but the service at this place was terrible. I ordered my food no problem. I paid for the food a was told to pull forward with no reason given??? Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and go inside and then miraculously my food was ready. Not the slightest apology we appreciate your patience sorry for the wait NOTHING!! I dont typically go to KFC anyway but today I was reminded why. You are better off going somewhere else paying less and get better service

Waited 10 minutes to order in the store with nobody in line. Waited 10 minutes for food to be served. At least one other patron waited, got fed up, and left before ordering. I ordered a combination of chicken strips and fish - both breaded the same way and served together so I couldnt tell which was which without taking a bite. Mac n cheese side looked to have been sitting for ages. The staff was polite and understanding, but the experience was just horrible for a customer.

Food took 20 mins to come then it took ten minutes to get service got no biscuits no hush puppies and mash potatoes was cold. I am calling corporate. Also manager was not using gloves

Horrible. Waited 10 minutes till I even saw someone. Then they didnt even acknowledge us. Took our order then they didnt even have spoons or forks.
