No mash potatoes..no orginal chicken for 3pc box meal..waited at counter for over 5 mins to place order..they finally took order and then 5 mins later told me no orginal flavor chicken..demanded my $ back..5 mins later mgr showed up refunded my money..the place was empty.not busy at all at 930pm..the crew was more interested in going home..the dining area close at 11pm and they had no food??!

3 visits. 3 times my order has been wrong. Days visits serves is great night serve the kids play around with your food too much. Asked for a combo meal order taker asked if i want order of small "wedge" with that. I said yes. Got charge for a small order of wedges and got 1 small, a single piece, potato wedge. Funny yes. But im really not into people playing with my food before i get it.

Slow. Horrible service. Girl at drive thru was cussing and singing and dancing. Shoved our order out the window and said "here you go" fatty at the front desk was shoving cookies down her throat. Never again. Food was cold. But I was there for...30 minutes. At least I got my spork though.

Awful! They get my order wrong more often than not, and half the time they dont even have chicken! Granted, its a KFC/Taco Bell, but if half the menu is regularly unavailable, why not just be Taco Bell?

Worst fast food restaurant on the planet!!! Every time I go they have horrible customer service, slow, rude and food is always over cooked if theyre not out. I wish I could give 0 stars
