If you compare it with other fast food places, this place is really nice. However, if you compare it with other Chick-Fil-A, this place could use a bit of retraining. They have a lot people working but I have noticed many of them take their breaks in very large groups and in large chunks of time. Could be that I come in at a lull in their morning rush but I have stood in line just waiting only having waited a while (by Chick-Fil-A standards) will someone help me out. Food is still good, but the experience isnt as great as some of the other Chick-Fil-A that I have been to, and I have been to quite a few of them in many different states. The overall experience is still high in comparison to other fast food establishments. Just a tad low when compared to other Chick-Fil-A. Also, the main dining area may be opened until 10:30PM, the doors are technically set to close at 10:00PM Monday thru Saturday.

Came during cow appreciation day, my daughter dressed as a cow and was super excited. Unfortunetely the girl who was working the register "Allie" was very rude and condescending. I asked her about the free entrée promotion and she said its free so I ordered a meal. She charged the full amount so I went back to ask why and she said only the entree is free with no meal. I said ok that is fine can I order some chicken nuggets then. She rolled her eyes and said yes. When I asked for the sweet tea we ordered with the meal prior she seemed aggravated that we were still there. Its unfortunate because in all our years going to chick fil a we have never had anything but stellar customer service. We will not be returning to this location ... luckily there is another one opening near our house this month in Burke so hopefully the staff there are more friendly and greet us politely and with "my pleasure"!

This experience is based off 100% drive-thru visits during lunch hours. Ive been coming to this Chick Fila for about 4 years. It was great for about 3.5 of those years. Over the past few months, though, customer service became very rushed, not rude, but not friendly. Most of all, it seems like its a roll of the dice if they will get the details of my meal correct. I end up with soda instead of tea or the wrong size fries or drink. Ive even not been handed a drink twice despite my receipt listing it. All of this happens even after they repeat my order back to me. It rarely happened in the past, if at all, but it has happened multiple times in a span of a few months now. Not sure what changed, but I hope it changes for the better eventually.

This is where my day begins and ends. I love this place and my kids do too. The food is great especially the waffle fries :) in fact I have experienced so much love here by strangers and staff alike. Once I was sick and went to buy a meal, the person in front paid for my meal and I did the same for the next person and the chain continued for God knows how long. Again, on some occasions, after ordering, the cashier would add my name to my order :) without my mentioning it lol., Yes Im not ashamed , their food is that good! They make you feel special.

Came in for breakfast and ordered a lunch time chicken sandwich like I do at many other Chic-fil-a. When I opened my sandwich it was a little teeny breakfast size patty on a lunch size bun. I went and said something to what looked like a manager and he said we dont do that here. My response was every other Chic-fil-a does. He could have told me that when I was explaining my order in the beginning instead of letting me get to my car and have to walk back in to them to have it explained to me.

Consistently and by far the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Every time I come here something gets messed up. Twice I had tough, under-cooked chicken sandwiches I couldnt even bite into. Other times fries were stale or my soda was warm and tasted funky. Another time the order was completely wrong. Ironically, my experience at every other Fairfax Chick-fil-A has been stellar. Id strongly advice you either choose the one on Fairfax Blvd or Fair Oaks Mall over this one.

Im amazed by how great service my co-workers and I always get whenever we go to this chick-fil-a location. All chick-fil-a locations are fantastic and the employees are very polite and knowledgeable. we do drive- thru and it makes me happy all the time when i place my order and when i get my food. outstanding service. Thank you for training you employees so well and thank you for hiring the right people. Best fast food restaurant without a doubt.

I ordered the chicken club with the spicy filet. I was told "it only comes with the grilled chicken." "You cant make a substitution or a special order?! WHAT HAPPENED TO CHICK-FIL-A?! Have a nice day!" So apparently you have to order exactly whats on the menu. I dont know if thats chick-fil-a policy or if its the policy of this store. I dont recommend this place.

Everyone here is super nice and friendly. Orders are really quick and they usually have my food ready before I finish paying. When dining in they will deliver your food to your tables. The food here is also great and the menu has a good variety of items. If you are looking for a place to get a quick bite thats not too pricey, this is one of your best options.

Ive visited this restaurant a few times and every time Ive loved and Im a huge fan of the food there. The staff is fine and the place is always super clean. The food is the star of this place though. Very delicious and the drinks are great too. I never leave this restaurant without a smile on my face. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Chick-fil-A is great. We like this location for the kids play area - get out some energy post lunch and then head home for a nap! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the parking can be very very crowded. BUT they do an extraordinary job at making sure the line up front moves quickly and tables remain clean even during peak times.

We use the drive-thru quite frequently in the morning and have a continuous problem with the wrong order whether it be miscommunication because their speaker systems or hard to understand or communication issues in the kitchen I am not sure. After four times in less than a month I have gotten tired of calling in to rectify issues.

I cant really say Ive ever been to a bad Chick-fil-A and this is no exception. However I consider this my home Chick-fil-A since it is right around the corner. Always friendly service and willing to help with carrying food or a refill when the kids are being crazy. This is truly not fast food, but Great food served fast!

Drive Through Staff was friendly and quick. They had both sides of the drive through running. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with very hot food and a very cold lemonade. They gave two of each of the sauces I asked for and plenty of napkins. Good Chik-Fil-A, as good as or better than others Ive been to.
