Place my order at 7:40 PM, pizza showed up on time, took it inside to discover I had some one elses order. The receipt I signed had my name on it, but the box had another receipt on it with another name and another address. I called the store and spoke to a manager. They were friendly and told me theyd sent out another pizza right away. This time the driver shows up and says, "this should be the right one this time, but lets check." I open the box and its the WRONG PIZZA AGAIN!. I look at the receipt and its the same wrong name as the last one. I showed the driver and said, "look, this is the same wrong one as last time, thats not my name and this is the wrong address" He went back to his car, and pulled out another pizza, and said "Ok, how about this one" The receipt had my name on it and, by the light of my porch light, looked correct. I took it inside and in the kitchen, and better light, I found it was not what I ordered. I ordered a Spicy Jack pizza. The manager even asked me "just the spicy jack right? not the one with siracha?" I said "correct, not the one with siracha, just the regular spicy jack." The one that was delivered definitely has siracha. So after placing my order at 7:40, its now 9:50 and I still dont have the right pizza, after two attempts. A friend of mine mentioned that they stopped ordering from this store because they never get her order right. I think Im going to follow suit. Im not ordering from this store again.

The subs are good but the pizza usually comes like warm and half my order was forgotten before and I had to wait for that to come on a second trip. This time they totally didnt make my order. I waited 10 minutes past the 1 hour 15 promised time and was told it was out for delivery only to wait 15 more minutes to get the email confirmation saying it has left the building. Another 15 minutes now and still no delivery!!! Im literally around the corner from this place.

Always have a great exprience. Last time I was in, I had almost no time to spare. I inquired about the fastest thing that could be made. Erin without hesitation recommended a sub. She whipped it up quickly and I was on my way. The Big Don was excellent and my hunger was satisified while I drove off. Excellent pizza, subs and service. Highly recommend Donatos especially the Morse Rd location.

I pay this Donatos a visit quite often simply because of the service I receive. Ive promised them a review a few times but my last visit put the icing cake. I placed an order with Brian the manager the and we came up with a personal specialized pizza called the ReggieBeefSteak Sub. 3 different cheeses, beef onions,black olives, green peppers, and manaise. Ask for it!!

I never ever get my order correct from this place. They dont give me extra lettuce or mayo on my subs when i ask for it and pay for it. And when i put instructions on my special instructions for the driver to bring me napkins they never do. And they say theyll give you a new one the next time you order they dont

In the past several years Donotos quality has plummeted. I dont know if it is this location, but last 2 pizza I got from here had crazy dry sausage. Sauce doesnt taste the same. I usually give a location 2 strikes and they have been here 4 times all sub par. Papa Johns is killing them on quality.

Never have I called a pizza shop and not gotten an answer. You do have phones right? 5 calls total ring time @ 10 minutes and no answer at 6:45 pm on a Tuesday. Never will call again.
