Went inside with a friend for lunch and the place was atrocious! Crumbs all over the floor and table, spilled drink spots on tables, a few pieces of trash left in certain places. When I received my food, a sandwich I ordered was given to me in---get this, aluminum foil. Thats right. Aluminum foil! No proper KFC paper neatly wrapped into the sandwich, just a piece of aluminum foil. Is this KFC or house of the seedy?? My sandwich was also kind of messy. At this point Ive lost my appetite. The restaurant is dirty, my food is presented to me in aluminum foil and on top of that my food is messy. I still kick myself to this day for not asking for my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The workers there obviously do not care about how neatly the restaurant is presented or how appropriate the food is presented, which would explain why the restaurant is more of a slum. If you want KFC, find one that will do a better job at presenting itself to their customers because this one didnt do it, which is why I will never give them my money again

Wow. Ashley on night shift 8/31 needs to get a new job. Worst customer service. Waited awhile at the register for her to come out from the back. She literally did not say one word the whole time, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. We stood there waiting for her to say something and she never did so we just started ordering. She went around slamming doors and throwing things, so childish. They even got our order wrong and this was hours from closing. If you hate your life so much, dont work a job that requires you to be around people. Just plain rude. The general manager has no idea how incompetent their employees really are. Definitely need to overhaul your team or you will keep losing customers. Just look at all the terrible reviews from the last year. Ive been to other KFCs, but this one is the worst.

Just left the KFC in Mechanicsville, went through the drive thru and ordered a simple #8 with no gravy. I pulled up to the window to over heard the employees calling me a rude cracker. I received my food and check it, which I do at every fast food place, to see gravy on my food, I stated that I asked for no gravy, and the bowl was snatched out of my hands and once again over heard the employees calling me rude and needy, because I didnt want gravy. I received my replacement food, opened the lid to find a bowl of mashed potatoes, with 2 pieces of chicken and no cheese or corn. I tried to call the restaurant a couple of different times and never got anyone to answer the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had!

I went to this KFC to get a Zinger (been here a few times, never had a problem) when I gave my order, I was told the Zinger would take 10 minutes, I said that, that was OK. After that, was when I was giving an attitude, pulled around to the window, and less than 5 minutes later I got my food. And got down the street, and checked my "Zinger" it was just 2 pieces of chicken tenders under a bun. I tried to call no one answered, and I drove back, and all the lights were off, this was 25 to 30 minutes before closing.

Will not go again. Used drive through service and ordered an 8 piece family bucket with two sides. After them telling me I couldnt get two of the same sides (which Ive never had a problem with before) the told me to pull up and my order would be ready "in a few minutes". 45 Minutes later they came out with my order, saying that they ran out of the original recipe and just substituted for the extra crispy. Got home and the chicken was overcooked, dry, and the biscuits were rock hard.

Went to this location and got raw chicken in our coleslaw called it in and the place was checked for food being in the wrong places no problems were found but when I called to tell someone working over these ppl I was never contacted back this is now a yr later and I will never go back neither will any of my family/friends also the manager at the time blew me off

Typically not the cleanest place, average food. Orders are often wrong through drive through. Employees typically dont offer a "thank you." Not a popular place with people who live in the area. edit...Its getting better. Cleaner, better staff.

I seen crew members arguing out side set took forever to order my have me the wrong order all I was ordering was wedges and biscuit and a drink .....then they took forever to get my food by far the worst kfc Ive ever been to

The only reason I continue to go here is because my wife loves KFC Fried Chicken. The wait time is horrible and they are often out of chicken! How does a place that specializes in fried chicken not have fried chicken?!
